This hotel is located near the van stations, especially GrandTours, which is just behind SaveMore. There are also several fast food and ATMs nearby,
Unfortunately, the hotel does not prioritize cleanliness and maintenance as the room first assigned to me (Room 502) is filled with mosquitoes coming from the hole near the window and the window in the toilet. They were able to move me in Room 602, which, unfortunately, still has mosquitoes but not as worrying as the one in 502.
Thinking this might not be the usual case, I stayed here another time. This time, I was placed in Room 302. Unfortunately, there's still mosquitoes. Not as many as the ones in 502. I would have stayed, but when I opened the toilet, the bidet was leaking, the toilet floor was wet, and the toilet paper had been soaking from the leak. This was really disappointing. They moved me again in Room 509. The room had no similar problems but is a dead spot for WiFi and data. Read moreStayed 3 nights recently. Location is GREAT! Price is very good but even though the price is very good for that location I find it inexcusable to not have at least decent/reliable Wifi in the year 2023. Also worth mentioning was the bed was rock hard, I wouldn't say that the room was dirty but it could have been cleaner for sure. I had some very visible stains on my pillow case but I switched it out for another. The water pressure and shower was very good. For the location and the price that I paid I would stay there again next time I'm in Tacloban. But once again, in this day and age, have decent wifi. This does not cost the hotel much money and it's pretty much...

Despite trying to contact RedDoorz and also showing the screenshot of the booking to Agoda, they offered no assistance in attempting to reconcile it.
Front desk though was very respectful and warm but she had her hands tied because it's the property's protocol not to...
