Mont Wind Hotel powered by Cocotel — Hotel in Tagaytay

Location is good because it is near Fora Mall/ Olivarez. You can easily ride a bus or jeep. Near gasoline station, fastfood chains and convenience stores. The room is not so good. Very small aircon, you cannot lower the temperature even at high cool setting. When there is scheduled power interruption, no generator to power the place. No apologies or assistance given to me when it happened. No place to hang your clothes and towel. Toilet has no bidet and flush. The water does not go smoothly to the drain when you shower. No toothpaste and toothbrush. No telephone, you have to go downstairs to ask what you need. No cable in TV. Sometimes there is no receptionist in the front desk, so disappointing. When you need hot water, you have to go to the 5th floor and get it by yourself. You must have your own cup because they will not lend you any utensil or mug. When I inquired online, they said that they accept card or cash upon check in but when I got there, they said that they only accept cash. So much hassle on my end, I did not enjoyed my stay. Service was good. Staff was friendly and kind. We didn’t try to order any food so I couldn’t tell anything about their foods. Amenities, we didn’t use any or I don’t have any idea if what they have as there is no information about it. But I like the location, it is very accessible to everything. Plus we were so amaze with the cleanliness of the hotel....
