I would like to give you feedback, which will not be nice. I am not sure for what we pay so much, for 4* hotel we expected that hotel provide towels if we want to join the SPA and not take ours from the room. Well the first time we used our and also we have to use them after shower because there were none hotel towels avaliable till next morning.

Also no roomslipper, no tissues, no ear cleaning sticks in the bathroom.

We paied 40 PLN/ night for a dog and did not get at least a bowl for filling the water.

These are total bacis for hotel on such a level.

Also I would like to mention that we did not get any dinnner voucher when we checked in so we have a little misunderstaning at the rastaurant and did not get menu which we suppose to get. We realized that after we asked for 3 times the staff at the restaurant that if we can choose anything from the menu and at third time waitress realized what do we mean and did not give as menu till I went back at reception for voucher.

But the worst exeprience was with SPA and (not) following the rules also by your staff. We arrived on 30/12 in the evening, no time for SPA. So we joined it on 31/12, there was already a young couple, wearing a swimmsuit. I did not want to argue also no one was at the spa reception so I moved to another not occupied sauna once and went away. The same scenario happens another day with the same couplne and their friend couple. In changing room I kindly ask them that in sauna it is not allowed to wear swimmsuit. Lady told me she is not comfortable with not wearing it so she went in sauna instead. The lady at spa reception told them, that they can join spa but put a towel below them. I explaned it is not how it works and it is not only reason why people are not allowed to wear swimmsuit to the spa. I did not come to the sauna that day. I went to yout main reception, very kind staff offerd that can call us when sauna will be free. If I have to be honest, I was totally dissaponted, we have to wait when they leave? I did want to leave your hotel as early as possiple next morning and so we did. You have signs and rules but your own staff do not follow them. We did pay for free gym (which was always fully occupied because of the small size, but you have perfect photos on your webside I must say) and spa a spent there maybe one hour.

The amount of money for 2 people and a dog was not worth it. We ordered Romantic stay, but get maybe 2 massages and nothing more extra. 4* and SPA motivated us to book your hotel but is was a big mistake.

I wrote this feedback via email and did not get any answer. So niw everyone can see and decide based on our experience.

I have never had such an experience before to be honest. I did not argue anywehre before, never left negative feedback…

I hope you will understand and consider my points in the future for better stay for your next customers.

But it...

While we were visiting Krakow, Poland we had the pleasure of staying in the Lwowska 1 Aparthotel. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. When we first walked in we were greeted by the friendly receptionist, who checked us in quickly, gave us our key cards and instructed us on how to get to our rooms.

The Aparthotel was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were big and luxurious, the colour themes were white, grey, black and brown. The rooms were extremely spacious and we had a wall length window, with an amazing view of the city, especially when the sun sets.

This room was the hottest room I have ever stayed in, I loved it. We had 2 single beds (that we pushed together), a sofa bed, bath, shower, and a His & Hers sink and mirror. The room also had a kitchenette which consists of a: stove, sink, table, wardrobe (with an iron and ironing board), and a mini bar.

Our room was at the furthest end of the hotel so when had to walk the whole length of the hotel just to get to the lights. The hotel is centrally located and there are trams and buses that are local which makes getting around easier.

The breakfast was really not great, for all the days I had the scrambled egg, sausages, and bread. It was bland and didn’t taste great, but it was better than the other options. The hot chocolate was horrible, so I stuck to the herbal teas.

The Apple juice was also horrible, it was like an apple syrup that you had to add water to. It wasn’t made clear that it was syrup, so we poured out a glass and it was really sweet. Even after adding the water the apple juice did not taste remotely good so I don’t recommend it.

When you leave breakfast they give you a lollipop which tasted great, especially the pink one. We didn’t go into the sauna or the steam room as we spent our days exploring Krakow, we didn’t have enough time.

The gym had a handful of equipment, one of each, it was very small but it was efficient, it had what it needed. It wasn’t authentically pleasing, but it was good enough.

Check out is at noon, but just to let you know as soon as the clock strikes 12:00pm, the lights and the power cuts out, and your key card no longer works. They have a room near reception where you can leave your luggage while you continue to explore the city before you flight, even if you’ve checked out of the room.

If you’re staying in Krawkow, I do recommend staying at this hotel, but you may want to consider having breakfast elsewhere. This hotel has the best room I’ve ever stayed in, really the atmosphere and the...

It was a horrible and sad experience that ruined the impression of the trip.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on May 4-5, 2024. We pointed that our arrival would be 1-2 hours before check-in time. We were told we would be checked in if the room was ready. We arrived, the room was not ready yet, we were told to wait an hour and a half. We left and came back after a while (1h) and sat right next to the check-in desk. There were 2 staff girls at the desk. It was May 4, 2024. They saw that we were sitting and waiting, but did not tell us anything. There were no other people checking in. After waiting for 20 minutes my husband asked if the room was ready. It turned out to be ready. It is strange that they did not say that, they saw that we were sitting and waiting. We received the room, and when we entered it, it turned out that it was not the type of room we had booked and paid for (we paid for attic room but received without attic on the 2/4 nd floor). We went back downstairs and asked for our type of room. We were told that it was hot in those attic rooms and they were trying not to put people in there (which is strange, because all the rooms have air conditioning) and that they had upgraded us for free. This pissed me off as they didn't even give me any notice about the room change. I asked them to give us the room we booked. After another 15 minutes of waiting we were given the keys to another room.

When we arrived at the room on the top floor, it turned out the key didn't work. My husband went downstairs and the employee did something on the computer and said that the key should now work. We ended up checking into our room which was not hot and stuffy as they said. I don't know what was the real reason. Bottom line: we checked in 20 minutes later than the total check-in time, I am 9 months pregnant wildly tired from the process, 0 apologies from the staff. It was a horrible and sad experience that ruined the impression of the trip. The staff needs to be vetted for professional...

Pro: The room is big, corresponds to the pictures in the presentation. We were pleasantly impressed that we received a room with a balcony and a view of the inner garden, so it was quieter. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, kettle, sink, tea, coffee, mineral water and a minibar with a few products that can be paid for. The location is super good, easy to reach by car and is close to the tram station and 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel offers private parking at PLN 49 per day, but you can also park on the street, on Sundays there is no parking fee. Breakfast is a buffet and was fabulous, very varied and tasty. Cons · On the first day, the room was not very clean, there were hairs on the bed and a strange smell in the bathroom from the sewage. More attention should be paid to cleaning. I used the spa only once, it's not non-stop and there are actually 2 saunas, one dry and one wet with 2 lounge chairs for relaxation, you can't say it's a spa area. The price is quite high/night, other facilities should be included in the price, for example parking. I know that it is paid in all of Krakow, but being a 4-star hotel you expect to have certain facilities.

After first night old towers was left in the room and no new given. Same first night 2 pieces fall out from the bed board and scared me on the middle of the night.Seriously didn't pay attention to it .From picture that I attached clearly seen that it was badly repaired before. When I was checking out I been told that it was broken by me with no explanation needed. When I kindly tryed to explane that i have a business trip and simply forgot to report it as it happens on the middle of the night it didn't work as lady at the reception in the rude way told me that I was wrong and its my fold as I should report it emidently to reception. At the end they charged me 500 zloty I'm verry disappointed in the service they offer.Looks like they making money this way and don't care about clients. Not recommending to anyone.
