Haldi - Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Krakow

Generally I don't criticse any restaurant but behaviour of the staff at the counter annoyed me very badly. I accidently did a mistake to decide to take a lunch veg thali at this place which was really a mistake. Food taste was below average but staff behavior was worst, in 3 years have always used blik for most of my payments. Their machine had some issue due to which payments was getting deducted from my card and free returned

Guy started rudely commenting

Itna time thodey na hota hai as if restaurant m bheed lagi ho Khaali restaurant tha.

I told him his machine had issue

He changed machine after lots of arguments which didn't make sense as I was too polite Inspite of all these

And changing machine solved the issue

I am into cyber security and very well know about functionality of these .machines and this arrogant guy was in other mood as if he has been forced to do his job.

Food taste was already disappointing but more than food his staff behaviour annoyed for no reasons

I was really trying to avoid responding to any argument but u necessary he kept repeating cash rakha karo ya card time barbaad ho gaya n all

One of the best Indian restaurants in Kraków! 💯 The food is amazing, and the taste is simply outstanding. 😋 I usually order through Uber Eats, but sometimes, I pick up my order myself. ✌🏻 The environment is peaceful 😌, and the service is top-notch.

Everything was perfect! Indian food never fails to amaze me. The food was incredible! We had butter chicken, garlic naan, and rice. It was just enough for two people, too! The serving is very fair for the price and the wonderful taste. The staff was very kind and friendly and smiled the whole time. The food arrived quickly and I loved the attention to detail: the butter chicken was placed in a bowl on top of a burning candle in order to keep it warm while you're eating. Don't even get me started on the bread! It was coated with garlic and spices and I couldn't stop eating it. It was THAT good. If you like Indian food, then this place is a MUST while you're in Krakow. The restaurant is very small and intimate and the atmosphere is great! Loved...
