I stayed here for two nights or so while in town on business. The rooms were a bit smaller than what I was used to but clean and fully functional (no fridge but the Polish tend to prefer fresh food from what I can tell and there's a well stocked gas station literally across the street). The rooms were decorated fantastically and it really did feel very modern all around.
The breakfast was definitely worth it for me. I had been crazy busy my entire stay so being able to go downstairs and eat my fill of amazing food was an absolute blessing. I would have gone down for seconds and thirds were I not so easily embarrassed.
The service was phenomenal. The people working the front desk were all super nice and very professional. After an unsuccessful and frustrating visit to the consulate, Maria (my favorite name for a girl by the way) poured me a beer and kept me company for a bit. My spirit could have really used lifting and I'm glad I stayed here.
Overall 5/5 would stay again (maybe a bigger room since the Queen room is a little cramped for a human refrigerator and...
Read moreWe spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the highway and near the airport, but we did not hear anything inside. The location is good, with a public transport stop just a few steps away and a local train station only 15 minutes on foot. Next to hotel is gas station, Lidl, KFC, McDonald, Ikea,... We were lucky and managed to find a free parking spot behind the hotel. The room was nice and cozy, with comfortable mattresses (we slept like logs! 😅), and thumbs up for the blackout curtains.
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful whenever needed.
But what I really want to highlight is the restaurant kitchen. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, and a big plus was the possibility to make your own freshly squeezed juice. We also had dinner there, and we would like to thank the staff for how they accommodated one of us with a gluten-free diet. Every dinner was prepared in a gluten-free version without any problems, and everything was delicious!
Thank you for your...
Read moreGreat hotel with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. A little out of the town centre but taxis are cheap enough. We didn't use the public transport but I know buses and trams are available a short distance away.
We had breakfast each morning which was ok. Continental style so lots of choice. Lunch bags are available if you're going on a day trip. We used room service once as we were out most days & evenings.
There's a KFC facing, Lidl around the corner and a McDonald's and large shopping arcade a short walk away.
TV is mostly Polish but it's an internet ready TV so we used YouTube to watch English speaking shows.
Overall it's a fab hotel for the price you pay. Very very clean, rooms have air conditioning but windows do open if you prefer fresh air. Beds are comfortable and the shower is great!!! Theres a Q Plus hotel a little closer to town that we may try next time, as we'd definitely...
