Positive Aspects: Competitive Prices: Lidl is known for its low prices compared to other supermarkets in Krakow. Customers appreciate the discounts, especially on household staples, fresh produce, and weekly specials.
Quality of Products: Many customers are happy with the quality of Lidl’s in-house brands, especially when it comes to organic products, fresh fruits and vegetables, and bakery items. The fresh bread and pastries are particularly popular.
Efficient Layout: Lidl stores in Krakow tend to have a simple and efficient layout, making shopping quick and easy for most people. The stores are typically clean and well-organized.

Convenient Locations: There are multiple Lidl locations across Krakow, making it accessible to a broad range of neighborhoods.
Negative Aspects: Crowded During Peak Hours: Some shoppers complain that Lidl can be crowded, especially during peak hours and weekends, leading to long queues at checkout.
Limited Staff: Although the stores are efficient, some customers feel that the staffing levels are too low, resulting in longer wait times for assistance or at the cashier.
