Good day, I am writing this because I had a very hard time today when I was eating in your restaurant, I don't really want to report this person who works in your restaurant, I don't know his name, he is tall and looks so serious. When I walked into this restaurant he had no smile, and that's ok for me. and he let us sit at a table, after one min, he said we have to change to another table, and he sent us to another very small table. That is ok as well. Because today is a holiday and there are lots of people. then he was so so rude, you can not even imagine how rude he was. Later I asked that we wanted to pay. He showed me a very angry face and said you need to wait!!! It was very rude. It was a very bad experience. As we know Sopot is a very international city, and you will meet lots of people every day, I can not understand how he treated people like this??? This is unbelievable. We were like eating in jail. No kidding!!! In the end, he put his tip box on my table in a very rude way. if he does not know how to treat people, he should work in the kitchen, not in front. I could understand if he was 20 years old, but he looks over 35 years old, he still does not know what is RESPECT!!!! We had an amazing dining experience at Pelican in Sopot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Kamil, our waiter, who made our evening unforgettable with his attentive, professional, and genuinely kind service. He was so outstanding that we decided to return the next evening just to enjoy the experience again—and it was just as perfect.

The seafood plate was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The octopus was tender and perfectly grilled, and the fish soup was rich and aromatic, bursting with deep, comforting flavors. We also highly recommend the Jean Leon Chardonnay, which paired beautifully with the seafood dishes.

The main thing I want to write is that they are very slowly serviced and deceive visitors. We came, ordered, then waited 20 minutes until they brought us a drink. Then they brought the soup in 20 minutes. They promised that they would cook and everything would be done. In fact, nothing was prepared, nothing was done. When in an hour and a half we began to complain and ask where our dish was, and before that they said that they were preparing all the time, do not wait, do not worry, they said that they still needed time to cook, and we left.
