Overall: Nicely set up accommodations with potential, but completely unstaffed and poorly maintained.
Pros: Cute room (the bread room) with comfortable bed and ample storage. Decent kitchen and common space with simple but tasteful decoration.
Cons: We were unable to get into the building. No one worked there the whole time of our stay. No one let us in as we rang the doorbell for over 10 minutes outside on the street. Eventually another guest was leaving and we walked in as they walked out. No phone number provided anywhere to reach staff or management. We had to find our own room by guessing because no one worked there. A key happened to be in the door for our room. The bathroom was pretty dingy. Significant moldy smell throughout. Water boiler in kitchen filled with debris-laden water - unusable. We drank our coffee cold. Bucket of nasty, yellow-brown water next...
Read moreWe were given a room with just two very little windows, that could only be open partially.||The room was very humid and bad smelling.||The humidity made the bath door swell, so it could not be closed.||I also found the bed unconfortable, with a very tiny pillow.||Also, as the room is at the entrance and the door is not insulated, I was awake at 7 from the noise in the corridor.||The hostel manager was in a hurry when she gave us the room key.
