🏨 Eurostars Cascais Hotel This hotel is very well located — there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it’s about a 25-minute walk to the town center along the scenic coastline. ⸻ 🛎️ Check-In & Service Check-in was a bit slow as there was a large group ahead of us, and unfortunately, they had run out of the welcome sparkling wine, which wasn’t restocked. I called twice the front desk nobody answered at 9:30 PM, they forgot to refill the toiletries. I eventually had to call again to get it sorted. ⸻ 🛏️ Room & Facilities Our room had a beautiful ocean view — definitely the highlight! It looked modern and cozy, though the bathroom had visible black mold, which really should be addressed by management. I didn’t report it at the time because I didn’t want to lose that incredible view. The hallways were spotless and very pleasant, and overall the hotel feels well-kept. There are two elevators, but one was out of order for part of our stay — thankfully, it was repaired by the second day. ⸻ 👶 Family-Friendly Touch A really kind gesture came during breakfast: the restaurant manager offered me a bassinet and a baby bath tub when she saw I had a small child. That was thoughtful and appreciated. ⸻ 🍽️ Breakfast (Included) The breakfast was the true highlight of our stay. It was included in our reservation and had a wide variety of choices — fresh juices, multiple modern coffee machines, hot and cold options, fruit, pastries, and desserts. Everything was well presented, fresh, and filling. A very comfortable and enjoyable way to start the day. ⸻ ✅ Summary: • Great location, walkable to many restaurants and attractions • Incredible ocean view rooms • Some service delays, but staff was kind and attentive • Bathrooms need improvement (mold issue) • Breakfast is excellent — don’t skip it • Good choice for families ⸻ Would I recommend it? Yes — especially for the location, view, and breakfast. Just keep in mind some minor maintenance and service issues during busy times.

I visited Eurostar Cascais 3 times, first 2 times only for 1 night, this time was the longest. The location is amazing, it is breathtaking sea-view. The bed and pillows were 3 stars The living room couch was terrible, the cushions for the seat and back were covered by a sheet, no proper cover as in the photos, not possible to use as couch, the housekeeping tried to give me extra cushions, he even tried and apologized that he couldn’t make it better. Check the photos. I left it opened as a bed, also wasnt that good. It had a very thin mattress, u feel the metal underneath! The breakfast is good, tasty eggs, but after 3 mornings i was feeling bored and no more appetite, its the same menu everyday, only 1 dessert they change.. the quality of food was very good, their service was good, i asked them for Olives but they said its not available !!! The laundry, we left it next to the door and we went all day, we came back the bag was as it inside the room, with a note saying call the reception 🙄🙄! There is no instructions inside the room! We thought like all hotels but Apparently we have to notify the reception and there was no time anymore. The rooms are clean, the hotel overall is new, well maintained, warm, of course with Acs .. I ordered room service, i have no idea why! But the food arrived COLD!! I called them to pick it up and send me fresh hot food, they actually did , they changed the chicken, they did not send the old plate heated, which was excellent bcoz not only was cold but also burnt, so the new order was Very good! Dont bother ordering Bolt in Portugal u will receive ur food cold coz they take 2/3 orders on their way, so basically they stop and wait for other orders from different restaurants while ur food in their car or motobike, and it’s not fresh or warm! It arrives COLD! Easy check in/out Quiet place So overall experience was Good.

We just back back from 1 week in portugal And stayed 3 nights at Eurostars Cascais. It was very calm and pleasant stay for the price. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed “because of the weather” and was only told about it when we arrived while the day we arrived and following days it was bright and sunny…. The checking was a bit too long but none of the reception fault. I loved the breakfast and it was really thought through with loads of options - the staff gave us time and warned us of closure and was patient enough for our late arrival to the breakfast table. The coffee machines are not great - the coffee itself is good but the drinks the machine creates are not great- if a machine can’t make a decent cappuccino or milk based drinks it needs review I think especially when you have two different machines options. The random “meetings” of the managements in the alley of the breakfast area is very strange indeed…yes we do not understand Portuguese but the alley is not the place. The town is 25 mins walk but very easy to walk to even late at night the street lights are enough The first night we had to ask a change of room at midnight because the rooms are not really soundproof so the next door room had a small balcony “party” and we could hear them laugh. So although we had kind of lost our “sea view” room to the new one it was way more relaxing. The cleaning staff is very friendly even if they do not speak English at all! The bed unfortunately is quite uncomfortable and very hard. But very large I liked to size of it!

This hotel has the makings of a truly excellent establishment. The location is stunning, with a scenic view across the Atlantic Ocean, and the pool area is well-maintained. The hotel is clean, and housekeeping/cleaners deserve praise for their exceptional standards.||Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly let down by poor service and unprofessional attitudes from some staff—particularly at reception.||Check-in/payment took an unusually long time with no apology or attempt to make me feel at ease on my first day at the hotel.||On the 08/09/2025, I attempted to retrieve items (including my laptop and passport) from the in-room safe, only to find it was completely non-functional, possibly due to a dead battery. To make matters worse, the room phone was also broken, forcing me to walk down to reception in person.||I informed the front desk and was told a maintenance technician would be sent up. After waiting approximately 30 minutes with no update, I returned to the lobby and brought the safe with me as I required prompt access to it. The response I received from the receptionist (a complaint naming the individual has been submitted via the hotel) was dismissive and unprofessional—she stated, “It’s not our fault” and scoffed when the issue was raised again by her colleague. While I acknowledged the technical fault wasn’t her personal responsibility, I explained that neglecting a guest’s request is. Only after this did she finally call maintenance, who resolved the issue in under 3 minutes. This delay was entirely avoidable, and the receptionist’s attitude made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be. There was also another receptionist who was pleasant and tried her best to make an effort. She was present on the 08/09/2025 and I had no issue with her demeanour.||The gym is cramped and is missing basic equipment. The equipment that it does have needs some maintenance. The provision of towels for patrons is about the only positive thing about the gym.||The food experience was also disappointing. On some mornings there were small flies around the uncovered pastries at breakfast, which made them unappetizing. Service at the bar and restaurant was consistently slow, and staff showed little initiative. On one occasion, I sat outside waiting to order while a bar staff member looked at me without acknowledging my presence—I eventually had to go inside to place an order. Most of the staff seemed disengaged, with the notable exception of one friendly server with a UK accent (she was also fluent in Portuguese) who made a genuine effort. ||In total, I spent €1464 on this stay, and while the location and cleanliness are commendable, I left feeling disappointed. Hospitality is about more than just amenities—it's about how guests are treated. A warm, helpful attitude can make up for a lot, but unfortunately, that was lacking here. With better staff training and a focus on guest experience, this could be a truly exceptional hotel. Until then, I would be hesitant to...

BEWARE. Scam hotel!!! Absolutely terrible stay. We checked in yesterday to a Junior suite that we upgraded to and during check in, we were told breakfast was included and was from 7:00am-10:30am. The room itself is nice but the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy and hurt your neck. We woke up this morning to go to golf and when we tried to walk into the buffet breakfast, we were told it was not included. They made us stand at the front while they called numerous different people to check their computer and then we were told we’d have to pay as it wasn’t included. We upgraded to a suite so to be told this was absolutely ridiculous. We left and enjoyed breakfast elsewhere. After golf, we came back to the hotel at 4:00pm, went to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We saw house keeping in the hall and she said she’d get to it next so we decided to head down to the pool. We went to the pool and there were 7 chairs that weren’t occupied but had dirty glasses, food plates, and towels on them so we opted to lay out on the deck. About 30 minutes later we noticed that two chairs hadn’t been used or gone back to so we decided to utilize them. We kept seeing a server walking around but she wasn’t taking order so we decided to clear the plateware and used items ourselves. I then went inside to the bar to order 2 black iced coffees. The bartender told us he would bring them to our pool chairs so I told him my room number and went back to the pool. About 45 minutes later, we still hadn’t received them despite seeing everyone else around the pool getting their drinks. I went inside and asked where they were and he apologized so I told him to cancel them and asked for 2 cups with ice so I could go up to my room to make coffee and make the iced drinks myself. When I went back to my room, I noticed that housekeeping had turned down our room but left us only decaf coffee in the room. I called the front desk and asked if we could have non-decaf pods to replace the 3 we had drank and they told us they ran out of stock and that we’d have to call room service to buy more coffee. This has been an absolute horror of a 4 star hotel experience and honestly I would never stay here again. We spoke to a local here who told us that 400€ a night for this place is an absolute rip off. Not looking forward to another uncomfortable sleep this evening and not being provided with...
