This restaurant is located just a 3–4 minute walk from Eurostars Cascais Hotel, right next door, making it very convenient for hotel guests. It’s set in a charming old house with a rustic yet elegant atmosphere, complete with white tablecloths and a quiet, classy vibe. There’s also a nice view toward the ocean, which adds to the experience.

We originally planned to order individual fish dishes, but the waitress recommended the fish for two. While it was tasty and fresh, the portion was underwhelming — my husband could have easily finished it on his own. It came with boiled potatoes and a side of fresh broccoli.

He also ordered a side salad, which was just okay — very basic and not particularly memorable.

On the positive side, service was friendly and efficient, and they kindly let us come in 15 minutes before opening, which we really appreciated.

Would I go again? Maybe — but I’d ask more about...

Read the reviews and went around 7.30 pm. It was quite empty but was asked if we’d booked ... seated at the back of the restaurant on our own. The front sea view tables were clearly for special people which remained empty whilst we were there. Others were welcomed to the front with and without reservations. Food was ok they didn’t have the shrimp & tomatoe tagliatelle nor sea bass available which I thought was somewhat strange. Nevertheless we had steak and 2 shrimp tagliatelle. BEWARE...when we were sat at the table initially we were offered prawns (6) and a (little) bean salad with bread and olives .. these were charged at €29.55!!! Food was ok but overpriced service...

I visited this place for dinner. It looked very cozy, and we chose a table outside. The service was good. We ordered the sea bass for one person — the portion was generous and very tasty. We also had the massada de cherne (fish pasta), which was extremely large — definitely enough for two people. We couldn’t finish it and ended up leaving more than half. We also tried the "crab mayonnaise."

After the visit, we experienced some slight stomach discomfort, and we suspect it might have been caused by the crab mayonnaise. Overall, it’s a nice restaurant — I would recommend sticking with the fish dishes and skipping cold starters...
