INATEL Castelo de Vide — Hotel in Castelo de Vide

The rooms are clean and nicely sized, however lacking a desk, coffee maker, working hair dryer and decent pillows (ours were lumpy). Our biggest disappointment was the complete lack of coffee until 8:30 when the breakfast room opened. This was not due to the fact they had to brew it, just belligerence in allowing the guests to even help themselves to the automatic coffee maker. Once the breakfast room opened, despite 2 people franticly working to make it ready, they had forgotten to set the tables. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. I didn't make any reservation and walked in and asked if I could look at the room. Not much to say about the style and design of the hotel and its room. The room was surprisingly large with all the basic amenities. It has a balcony with a view of the hotel restaurant and some surrounding hill and landscape.
