I spent 4 nights at the apartment, and overall, I found my stay somewhat comfortable. My partner and I made a reservation through Hotels.com. Right after booking, we received a WhatsApp number to communicate with the apartment management, and I must say that the communication went very well. Anytime we had questions, we received quick responses. The check-in instructions were clear, and as a result, the check-in process was smooth. The apartment is located in a building that houses several different accommodation companies. This was a little confusing and annoying, to be honest, because some tourists had trouble finding their apartments or their front door codes didn’t work for some reason. I often had to help them figure out what was going on or just let them in. There was an elevator in the building, but it was small and very slow. Our Superior 1-Bedroom Apartment was one floor up from the ground floor (I believe it’s considered the first floor since our apartment had an outdoor yard-garden). The apartment was big enough to feel comfortable for 2 people, but the design was very simple. Most of the furniture was clearly worn and not in the best condition. The sofa in the living room seemed dirty, dusty, and sticky, like people had spilled things on it many times. The living room also had a small kitchen counter with all the necessary kitchen amenities. The complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a sweet surprise, by the way. However, the only TV in the living room was small and outdated, and definitely needs to be replaced. The bed was not very comfortable and had some dirty marks on it. The closet in the bedroom was very spacious and could hold a lot of stuff. The bathroom was huge and had a large shower stall, but I didn’t like the bathroom amenities - they were of cheap quality and smelled awful. Also, the hairdryer was small and old. The Wi-Fi was not very fast. We didn’t want housekeeping service,but whenever we requested something via WhatsApp, they brought it to us the next day. Another issue was the heavy metal apartment key. We got only one key for both of us, and they weren’t willing to provide an extra, which made sharing it quite inconvenient. One more downside was the apartment’s location, which is a bit far from the center of Lisbon, and it’s situated at the bottom of a hill. If you want to walk to the city center, it’s a 15-20 minute walk, and you always have to go up and down the hill. We paid approximately €100 per night for this place, and I find this price unreasonable given the overall poor quality of the apartment. Can I recommend it? Maybe. Read moreIt was the most horrible booking, I've ever had. I made booking at the booking.com. We came at 21.30 to the reception, as it was written in the reservation. Nobody met us, we called all phone numbers,that were mentioned. There was no response. Then the security guys started to call them for 30 min and finally we got the answer. I didn't receive any emails regarding keys before our arrival, and it turned out that I should have paid in advance. 150 euro has been blocked as a deposit. It hasn't been written anywhere. So, lady told me the code and where to take keys, btw the apartment was in another location. The link for payment didn't work. I was told to come on the next day to pay. We came, but there was nobody. And FYI their office is somewhere in the building, but there is nobody at the reception and I have no idea why tourists with luggage should come to the reception, see there nobody and then go to the apartment. So, I came to the reception later, accidentally I met lady whom to pay. Also she told me that my money will be unblocked during checkout. But my booking in booking.com has been cancelled by them. I paid the full amount for staying, but officially my booking was cancelled. I came there again, called them, ask to come to discuss the reason of cancellation, but my request was denied. After 40 min the manager came, during that time I was writing emails to all possible mailboxes. As a compensation for inconvenience they gave as transfer to the airport for free. My booking still cancelled.

The apartment is very clean and new. It is fully kited out. But the best thing about it is its location. It is located walking distance from all the good things in Lisbon. 2 minutes walk to the best tram, 10 minute walk to the water front, 5 minutes from the best party area and 10 minutes walk from all the top shopping centers . I didn’t get on transport after the second day and just walked.
There are many good restaurants 30 seconds away from the apartment too.
