The store itself is great. However, the staff — unfortunately the least likeable part — are grumpy and unfriendly. When I asked about something I couldn’t find, the girl seemed so unhappy about having to check in the back that I actually felt guilty for asking. Their attitude felt as if they were doing me a huge favour just by answering my question. Awful experience — it completely put me off buying...
