Lisbon Five Stars Combro 7 — Hotel in Lisbon

We arrived on Tuesday 3rd January, we were allowed to check in early to the apartment due to my mobility issues. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment is airy and well presented, though no cleaning products were available apart from brush n pan. The beds were v comfortable, lots of closet space was provided. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were perfect, location of the property was fantastic, quite close to the Time Out Market.

The service received from the managing agent lacked a personal touch. The property was advertised as having Netflix and Prime video available. The TV displayed these services but we were unable to access them. We reported this issue to the management of the flat more than twice but no one responded to us, throughout our stay from Tues to Friday.

Underneath the settee in the living area had not been swept and there were signs of black mould in the shower cubicle in the master ensuite. The flat is a great property and could benefit from better property management. I would stay in an Airbnb property next time, as I value the personal...

Apartment itself was lovely but a few downsides to be aware of! Don’t come during a heatwave as the air conditioning is rubbish. We arrived on a 39 degree day to the apartment that was like a sauna - no thought to have aircon on before hand. It was extremely difficult to use and liaising through What’s App is annoying. We arrived on a weekend when no maintenance staff were available. Monday they sent someone when we were out to adjust to cooler - it worked OK in bedrooms as you could shut the door but the living area is far too big for the unit. Check in is done via a What’s App link - the city tax must be paid before they send access code. The appliances - kettle, toaster etc won’t plug in as the power points are too high. There is an extension adaptor in one of the cupboards but why wouldn’t it be left out. There is also zero storage in the second bedroom. The refrigerator worked well and the showers were good. A stay when the weather is more manageable would be OK. We found a lovely restin green street just down the road called...

We had the apartment from 15:00 . The cleaning people was still here when we arrived at 18:00 . We where told to wait until they where done..

The apartment is so dirty! It’s disgusting!! Our feet is getting completely black an dirty after walking on the floor.

We are 6 people but there are only 3 glasses. In general the kitchen lags many basic things. Stov and dishwasher doesn’t work. And the kettle is so disgusting!!
