Madragoa House Apartments — Hotel in Lisbon

We stayed in this house for four nights. It is located not far from the center of Lisbon, but the neighborhood is quite unsafe. All apartments in the building are rented out through Airbnb.

The first night was fine, but on the second night, the guests upstairs threw some kind of drug-fueled party. People were shouting all night, talking extremely loudly, moving furniture, and at some point, someone was thrown out of the apartment and spent the entire night banging on the door and screaming. The noise was so loud that it felt like they were inside our apartment.

We did not feel safe at all, as there were about 7-8 people involved. The same thing happened again on the fourth night. The hosts refused to help us and didn’t even apologize.

La proprietaria dell'appartamento ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci varie informazioni sia sull'alloggio che turistiche, dicendoci di contattarla per qualsiasi problema. Il giorno successivo abbiamo assistito, davanti all'appartamento, alle minacce di un uomo ubriaco ad un bambino con una bottiglia rotta sul momento. Interpellata la padrona di casa ci ha risposto minimizzando e non preoccupandosi della nostra sicurezza. El apartamento muy bien arreglado y cuidado en un barrio clásico, bonito y tranquilo, en el que por la noche solo se oye a lo lejos las discotecas de la ribera y los aviones que despegan por encima de Lisboa.
