They gave me different room and the door couldn't close. And it was very noisy from next door and bad smell from toilet. After I leave, I realized that I left my mini-bag which was my cosmetic things in there. It cost over USD600 include items. 잃어버린 물건 돌려주지않고 처음엔 전화받더니 나중에 일부러피함 프론트 따로없어서 찾아가도 만날수가 없음 걍 양아치들임 When I call them they didn't their best to find it. And after, they didn't answer any way. No call No email even though I did a lot. Because they don't have front desk there was no way meet them. It can be very subjective, even though it is subjective I want to say something for other guest who will stay there. I think their room condition and service is not fit the cost(USD160). I worry about whenever guest left something very important in the room after checkout, if they didn't answer its gonna be very big problem. By the way, It was my worst experience in Portugal, and I hope please no more happen like...
