River Inn - Duna Parque Resorts & Hotels — Hotel in Odemira

It is hard to find the hotel even if you use GPS. Take a good look at the pictures of the front and look for the hotel building. We did that and it worked. There is no hotel desk and the check in is in another building. Don't forget to contact the hotel in advance! You cant check in when the hotel desk is closed.||||This is a new building and everything else is new too. Look at the pictures. 28 inch flat screen TV, fridge, coffee machine, a working AC, hair dryer and so forth. Nice.||||The room, 15 sqm, is ok, and the bathroom too. The bed is great. There is also a balcony with chairs and a table. But check so you'll get a room with a big balcony. The small one's are too small. On the other hand, you will not spend so much time there. There is not a great view, and in Milfontes you'll probably spend all the time at the beach or at least out walking or in a bar. From this hotel you have a walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. I will not hesitate to stay...

The room was quite spacious, nice and bright with a modern look. The bed was comfortable and there was a good wardrobe. The bathroom was very nice and everything was very nice and clean. The balcony had a small table and two chairs and also a rack for bathing clothes. We also had some sea view and enjoyed the location of our room in the third floor. The price was very affordable for this nice room. The hotel does not offer breakfast but there was a water heater and two cups and a small refrigerator so we made our own breakfast which is nice when the weather is good. The view from the main entres in only a parking lot, but the hotel is very close...

Terrible customer experience - not recommended. Our flight got cancelled because of a new COVID regulation made by the Portuguese government, and we couldn't enter the country because. We talk to the receptionist over the phone to explain her our situation, she send us to contact the reservation manager. We try to contact him several time, both directly and also via booking platform he never responded to any of our messages.
