This is the worst accommodation experience in my life. We were told upon arrival that additional cleaning fees 39€ would be charged. This should have been mentioned in the information in advance but it was not.
The next night, when we were about to clean the room before taking a shower, the power went out. We tried to restart the main power ourselves but it didn't work. We also follow the instructions on the electric box but it didn’t work. We could only rely on the remaining mobile phone power and flashlight for lighting. Unfortunately, we reported this issue to the owner but was completely ignored. Isn't this ridiculous? We couldn't shower or use any electrical appliances and our phone didn't have enough battery.
To make matters worse, we failed to meet one cleaning policy and our cleaning deposit was forfeited. We not only folded the quilt and throw the trash according to the regulations, but we also reported the power outage and only received a message that there would be no refund. This is really terrible.
They deceive money and didn’t offer great service. The facility isn’t so clean and nice though. Should find a better place than here, anywhere.
Don't come to this money-grubber's residence. You will regret it.

Read moreWe had booked the Porto Heroismo studio and had to leave within 20 minutes due to the state of the mattress. The photos speak for themselves. As you can see, the mattress is a biohazard completely drenched in stains of human fluids.
To add to this horrific experience, the property manager, Isabelle, has been unprofessional and clearly a scammer - refusing to refund the cost our 1-week stay even though we left the property within minutes as we were not provided with livable conditions.
She lied to Booking.com and claimed we never showed up to property. She lied and claimed there were no bugs in the apartment despite the photographs of the bugs I captured.
Further, we found other reviews from guests at this property who contacted the police due to uninhabitable conditions and a broken oven. Isabelle lied to the police and accused those guests of breaking said oven, despite her employee’s (Stephanny) own admission that at the oven was already broken prior to check-in. I’m attaching a screenshot of said review also.

The most important for us was to have a parking, but they communicate it ambiguously, so that there is only a paid parking more than 10 minutes away that they sell you for 12e ''24-hour'' but later on when you want to book they tell you it's only 3pm-11pm and if you want it in the morning it will be 15e (again not 24 hours). We found another one nearby so much cheaper, but it took us time and energy to research and figure things out on our own. Also, there is a 35e cleaning fee they don't include in the ''other expenses'' but mention it casually somewhere in the end of a booking ad. And in the end they ask you to clean the dishes and throw out the bins since it is not included in the high extra fee.
