Pereira Place - Vacation Rentals in Madeira Island — Hotel in São Vicente

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the Pereira Place. We had a warm welcome from Filipe finding a super clean apartment with everything we needed and even welcome presents (beer in the fridge, madeiran cookies and sweets). Filipe is a very responsive and helpful host - he responds in a very short time to any sort of question we came up with. The flat is very well equipped: Kitchen, with dishes and a fridge, and even a washing machine which we made good use of. The flat is also located in close (7min walking) distance to the seaside of Sao Vicente, where you can find good restaurants and a super market. The apartment was lovely and clean and well decorated throughout. Had everything necessary for our stay. Had a little kitchen for those who wish to make a meal at home. Right in the middle of Sao Vicente vila, it was a few minutes from the shops and less than 10 minutes walk to the marina where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and pastry shops. A fantastic, comfortable apartment in the very centre of the village of Sao Vicente. Well equipped, very clean, near the busstop, a grocery shop and cafe's. 5min. walk from the seafront where there are many restaurants and cafe's and a supermarket. A wonderful host in Filipe who is a mine of imformation and is very quick and prompt in replying to any queries. This was our 3'rd stay and we loved every minute of it. We highly recomend...
