Long Fong — Restaurant in Bucharest

After visiting the place for the 4th time I feel a review it’s a must. The place is clean, service goes smooth and easy. Don’t expect anything fancy, most of chinese place in Bucharest aren’t. Now keep in mind that all these guys are provided there basic ingredients from Red Dragon Complex which basically it’s a market (a bit dangerous and trashy) that is owned by chineese people. So the suppliers are not that many, no official chineese neighbouhoods in Bucharest for example. After these beeing said I must say, first of all, I completely disagree with previous reviewers that consider this place bad, therefore I’ve explained a bit the conditions a place like this has supplies in Bucharest. Regarding the food one word would describe it all: amaizing! Cooked on the spot, fresh and insanely good. Best Chinese in Bucharest. Choose chicken over beef though. We enjoyed here a delicious late lunch, I had spicy eggplants with a.hint of fish aroma, my husband had spicy soup, all along a big jasmine tea-pot. We also ordered some beef with mushrooms and bambus and another spicy soup to go. In addition to this being the best Chinese food we had in Bucharest, the prices are really affordable and the portions big, everything we ordered was 126 Ron, This business is managed by a Chinese family who own the restaurant and the house. They work downstairs and live upstairs, so if you decide to go, it's a nice way to support a small business. You can park in the nearby round-about. Mi sono recato in questo ristornate, una delusione pazzesca, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO ⚠️ Tanto per cominciare la location del ristorante, non è quella indicata nelle fotografie e neanche i piatti. Però, su questo, possiamo sorvolare. Con molta difficoltà, sono riuscito a trovare questo ristorante. Mi sono accomodata all’interno. Eravamo in due ho ordinato due porzioni di involtini primavera, una zuppa di alghe, un riso alla cantonese ed una porzione di spaghetti di soia. Per cominciare gli involtini primavera, da che mondo è mondo, non hanno Dimensione erano piccoli, pieni di olio e riscaldati i microonde, La zuppa di alghe era estremamente salata, quasi immangiabile, Arrivati ai primi piatti, Il riso alla cantonese era veramente disgustoso non aveva nessun sapore tranne del prosciutto scottato su una piastra, Invece per gli spaghetti Non ne abbiamo neanche mangiati sono arrivati freddi ovviamente abbiamo atteso ben oltre 40 minuti per ricevere questi piatti Una tempistica, credo abbastanza lunga per poche persone che erano nel ristorante. Mi sono alzato, sono andato alla cassa e mi sono lamentato. Ho chiesto il conto immediatamente il cameriere con molta gentilezza mi ha applicato il 10% di sconto. La proprietà Invece ha dato giustificazione che i sapori del ristorante sono stati cambiati in base alle esigenze del popolo rumeno Una risposta veramente assurda, cambiare la cucina cinese in questo modo è uno schiaffo per Per la cultura cinese e per la Repubblica popolare cinese. Mi sono permesso di effettuare queste considerazioni, perché mi occupo di cucina internazionale e sono uno chef proveniente da ALMA ACCADEMY ISTITUTO INTERNAZIONALE DI CUCINA ITALIANA ED INTERNAZIONALE.

Con questo concludo questa pessima esperienza che non si ripeterà più.
