Very cozy hotel. Its a litter older, but the staff here make it special. The staff was so super. They are long term all and get to know your routine. The gentleman waiter, the receptionest, the houskeeper even the manager interacted with me. They all provided excellent service when I requested their help. Excellent service is rare, you can tell these folks really take pride in offering you a good experience. They were inquisitive yet respectful in conversations always seeing how they can provide a pleasant stay. They cooked my breakfast to order showing such a consideration. They helped with all my requests such as printing and scanning documents, finding local establishments to bringing extra towels. Compared to other local hotels these guys go way above. I recommend this hotel. The garden courtyard was also a very nice touch.

After an eventful day at the airport, I finally arrived at Irisa. My mood flipped when I entered the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the Romanian culture aesthetics. The staff was very friendly and sorted me out with room right away. When I got up in my room I noticed how immaculate the carpet was. Everything was extremely tidy. The bathroom was fully equipped, I had everything I need: nicely arranged towels, mini shampoos, hair drier, etc. I woke with such a nice vibe as I slept like a child. I went to the hotel’s restaurant cause my mate told me they have the BEST sarmale and papanas in town. They really were fabulous. Overall, extremely pleasant experience, definitely will return.

The location was a bit far from the city center Bucharest, the neighborhood was decent and quiet. The room was a good size with a neat and clean environment, though the bed was a bit stiff. The bathroom was spacious, with good water pressure, although it had only a hand shower. The reception team was helpful. There were no breakfast buffet but you can order from the set menu and served directly to our table. Special mention to Eddie, who provided exceptional service at breakfast and dinner – his attentiveness and kindness truly enhanced our experience. When we had to leave early for our flight, the hotel kindly provided box breakfasts,

The lady at the reception was nice and the room was big. But that's about it regarding the positive aspects.|The whole hotel is more old fashion, that is not a problem, at least for me. But the quality is not that good, cracked walls, a single functional power socket and that is, obviously not near the bed. The silicone sealant for the bathtub looks like it was applied by a child and if you want to wash your hair you need to hold the shower with a hand because there's no shower head holder, the only one is positioned at about 1.2m. Walls are thin/no phonic isolation, I could here my neighbour talking normally on the phone|I told them I only have one important request - to have good wi-fi signal, the signal was decent but I forgot to mention I also wanted internet to flow through it. Joke aside, there was internet but dropping every few minutes and after 8pm you couldn't connect to the...

The staff are very rude impolite and not helpful at all. ||||I was stay several times in this Hotel, sometimes was ok, but most of them was terrible in principal due to the reception guy, that own the place or give to the clients this impressions.||||Last time, I have the "honor" to stay in one room with 3 beds: 2 of them overlapped, one old TV CRT (with tube), the water from the shower easily enter in the room due to inadequate drainage of water.||||After seeing the beds and the TV I was request immediately another room, the response was if I dont like to find another Hotel (after eight in the evening). After I tell him that is not normal for 4stars or 3stars to have this conditions. The response was that I am no longer welcome from now on to this Hotel and only for this time they will change the TV. ||||Of course there have been other complaints but in vain....
