Lovely food (from plating to taste), exceptionally quick and polite service, calm and peaceful atmosphere. Food arrived at the same time for everyone at our table, the dishes looked freshly made. I can recommend the duck salad, and the potato cream soup. The others mentioned enjoying their beef soups, turkey, grill platter, fish and chips, and ribs. The staff is very mindful but gives you space as well. They even noticed the celebration reason we had while bringing the plates and congratulated us. Waiters are very responsive and quickly notice when you need something. In terms of atmosphere, the interior design is quite pleasing, calm, with some background music just at the right volume to understand each other at the table. The bathrooms were very clean. Very beautiful restaurant, looks classy and stylish. However, this is the only positive thing about it. Extremely slow service. There were 5 tables and we still waited for 40 minutes to 1 hour for salads. "Conveniently", only the expensive alcohol was in stock, the wine was warm and not served properly. One of the waiters was drinking vodka at the bar and was watching the football game, while ignoring our calls. No need to say anything further about that. No action was taken after we complained for the misplaced or forgotten orders, or the delayed food. The restaurant is at a good location but looks like it is left to run by itself and no one cares what happens. Shame to see it ruined by poor staff and slow cooking. To my surprise, after the high average rating of this restaurant, the experience was mediocre. Not bad, but not up to the expectations of the high average rating. Music was too loud to have a good conversation and the type of music didn’t make it easy to hear other people (basically it wasn’t music that works in restaurants).

Additionally, the server ignored us for a long time in the beginning even tho we waved at him multiple times.

Finally the food was mediocre too. The steak wasn’t as advertised in the menu, the salad was too sweet from the sweet dressing, the duck was extremely sweet, and the calamari wasn’t very tasty.

From the above it may sound like I’m very disappointed, but the restaurant is actually decent. It’s just not 4.5 star...
