Eden Spa Victoriei — Local services in Bucharest

Best relaxing massage I've had in years... My back was completely devastated since my first night in Bucharest after my flight... In an effort to relieve myself I booked an appointment here after sniffing around places close to my hotel.

The massage was extremely professional and even a bit longer than what I payed for. Left a hefty tip for the masseuse and left Eden Spa feeling like a new person.

The place is homely but also clean and nicely furnished. Not that usual white-hospital-utopia look spas tend to have. Where I'm from massages are usually expensive so I found the prices here actually cheap. If I'm ever back in Romania I will definitely come again (that is, if I don't have time to go again during this trip).

I took an offer of 3 massages, which was convenient as price but not cheap, however payed in advance. First was 1,5 hours and i’ve been 15 min late and i got one of 45 min tops. Under expectations but maybe was my fault, however nobody didn’t try to make the best of it. At the second massage I simply stopped the lady and asked her as nice as i could to find another job for her life because she s not simply made for it. I was sorry i left home to get there. The 3rd i just didn’t booked it anymore- even if it was payed. I am shocked how you as owner can have such a fabulous well located house but the most disappointing level of services year after...

Very poor customer service experience for me. I tried to reschedule 1 hour ahead of my appointment, due to the fact that a Ro-alert message was sent out for a big storm , advising everyone not to get outside the home. I understood their policy, which I was aware of, but not getting any consideration around the weather context and not trying to think about their customer safety (from the person responding to my call) felt abusive.
