Cazare Hotel Mamaia - Elegance — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

We stayed here for 2 days in June 2015. I was impressed with customer service that this hotel was offering. ||The hotel looks brand new, in a great location on a strip in Mamaia. The sea can be seen from half of hotel rooms. There is a balcony for each room, rooms are big, bathrooms same. The price is great compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel offers parking spots for guests free wifi and AC. No breakfast but the strip is less than one minute walk with lots of options for breakfast. ||I would definitely return to this hotel on another vacation at...

We have stayed the this hotel for the past five years the owners are very friendly and could not do more to help make your stay a pleasant one. Inca nu am fost la Hotel Elegance, dar sigur o sa revin cu impresii. Ceea ce vreau sa spun este ca am ramas profund impresionata de bunavointa proprietarului. Am vorbit acolo sa fiu primita cu o pisicuta mica si mi s-a comunicat ca nu este nici o problema. Am dorit o camera la etajul 1 pentru ca ma duc acolo cu mama mea care are 83 ani si nu poate urca multe scari si proprietarul a spus ca va tine cont cu siguranta de acest lucru si ca va face in asa fel incat sa imi pastreze o camera asa cum doresc. Am intrebat daca pot rezerva un loc de parcare si am primit un raspuns abosul pozitiv. Oricum, m-a impresionat faptul ca, desi am modificat pe booking rezervarea de 3 ori( de la 13 zile, la 11 zile si apoi la 9) nu s-au suparat pe noi ci dimpotriva, au fost foarte amabili si intelegatori. Felicitari pentru felul in care se poarta cu clientii. Abia astept sa ma duc acolo si o sa va scriu si impresiile...
