Scammers. Swimming pool is closed. I've booked it just because the swimming pool to my boy, 10 years old, enjoy it. That was a gift trip with swimming pool. They took money from.my credit card many weeks ago. I booked a more expensive room with swimming pool view, that makes it more desapointing, as the pics. They would take less than 1 minute to text me saying that that was out of work. But, of course they do not care about people feelings. Everything is about money. They must let all customers know in advance that the main atraction of the hotel does not exist. It is a huge crime taking people selling, as you see the pics, the " super pool"that just does not exist on Summer time. What's wrong with you? The worst part, the reception say that was the plattaform seller (Agoda) was the responsible. The hotel does not update the facilities conditions and tranfer the problem to Agoda...Tired of scammers who steal money with fake publicity. See the leaflet that is spread around the Hotel is fake. Nothing of they offer on the leafleat is working well. So frustrating check in. My boy was crying when saw the amazing swiming pool room view that been sold to me...

Fraud/Scamm. They are still selling it as they have a swimming pool available. As the pics, receipt, I spent extra 40 Euro to enjoy a swimming pool at Savoy Hotel because Hotel Aurora is a joker, I mean a scammer. As there is no website information that the swimming is 100% empty since last year. Out of order. I delivered what I promissed to my boy. Hotel Aurora does not delivery the service that they offer, a swimming pool for summer holidays for people from Northen Europe who nevef has a chance to enjoy outdoors swimming pool. We came here just for that and that was a universal lie. I sent message in advance to this business and they ignore everything. It should be closed up or show the reality of your services. Update the information. Otherwise, it is 100% scamm. All platforms, Booking.com, Agoda, etc has no update. They just treat it as normal, misleading eberyone from any country of this world. I could not expect it in the Europeans country members. Not acceptable, trouble makers, ruining my 49 years birthda, as a daddy solo with...

Have only stayed here at the end of the peak summer period, but decided after this year that we wouldn't return. The room is compact but fine, the location is great - just over from the beach, but all the facilities are well and truly overstretched. ||||The pool is nice, but swimming certainly isn't possible as it's so busy and sunbeds are squashed next to each other.||||There are three lifts, but with the amount of people staying in the hotel, it's sometimes impossible to get in them. The worst experience is at breakfast time. The dining room is huge, but the food service area is crammed to one side, with two queues, sometimes with 20 or 30 people in them. The turnover of filling up the platters is impressive, but there's usually a shortage of glasses and cups, the coffee machines run out, as do the cold drinks machines. There's nothing actually wrong with the food, though.||||Despite loving the area, this will be our last visit, as the whole experience is just too depressing - especially...
