Hotel Solea Beach — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

As a young couple we've stayed 12 days in August 2017 at Solea Beach, Mamaia and we've been very happy with this place. First off: the hotel is very well situated, on the beach, close to many attractions, mini markets and restaurants and cheap self service restaurants. Lots of parking spaces are available right in front of the hotel, although finding a free spot right there is easier after 7PM. The hotel has 24/7 reception and the receptionists speak English and are very nice. The rooms look exactly like in the online pictures. The floor is paced with ceramic tiles in the whole hotel, so the morning commotion was sometimes hearable. The walls were made of plasterboard, so we could hear a bit of noise from the neighbours, but that didn't bother us. The windows are new and provide great soundproofing from the street noise. The rooms have a small TV, fridge with decently priced beverages a nice bathroom with shower, curtains to keep the room dark during the day, mirror, kingsize bed with a 1 piece mattress(not 2 adjacent small ones), good working WiFi, AirCon wardrobe, safe box and modern furniture. The room and the whole hotel was spot clean. We had the very nice surprise of the cleaning ladies cleaning the room every single day and also folding and arranging some of the laudry we had around. All this happened when we were out, so they never bothered us. The rooms facing the street can get loud sometimes with the window open. The rooms facing the sea might have to deal with noise from the closeby restaurants concerts. Closing the windows, however, cancels the noise. Solea Beach was the nicest vacation hotel we've ever stayed in, we were very satisfied there and would recommend this to anybody looking for a great place to stay at a decent price, far from the constantly noisy clubs up north. As a resort we found Mamaia to be much cheaper then expected, very safe and quite nice overall. The gypsy music(manele) playing loudly in some places was the only notable dissapointment. Am fost cazați trei ani la acest hotel, dar în anul acesta am fost dezamăgit în totalitate. Când am sunat pentru rezervare mi s-a spus că prețul pentru o cameră dublă este de 550 lei, iar pe booking prețul era de 530 lei la același tip de cameră. Am rezervat camera direct de la hotel cu 530 lei cum era și pe booking, când am ajuns la hotel prețul afișat la recepție pentru același tip de cameră era de 480 lei, motivând că prețurile afișate sunt din luna Mai. Parcarea se plătește cu 40 de lei pe zi și nu primești nici o factură pentru plata parcării( este simplu sa închiriezi locul de parcare cu 500 lei pe lună de la primărie și sa îl dai clienților cu 40 lei pe zi). Micul de jun îți ieste impus în prețul camerei și nu ai posibilitatea sa îți alegi ce vrei sa mănânci, în fiecare zi de ședere ți se punea farfuria în față care conținea: omletă sau ochiuri cu câteva felii de salam, o jumătate de roșie, trei felii de castravete, o fâșie de brânză telemea, câteva măsline și doua felii de cașcaval. Aș vrea să văd și eu persoana care poate mânca în fiecare zi timp de cinci zile același lucru. Muzica de la terasă te ține treaz pana pe la 12- 1 noaptea. În rest curățenia este ok și doamnele de la curățenie chiar foarte drăguțe, la fel și doamna care ne servea...

Dezamăgitor...servicii de maximul 2 stele ..micul dejun este de cantină săracilor...cate o felie de vezi marea prin ea. .maslinele tăiate celui de ca pt copii de grădiniță..la baie susul defect ..curge din para sudului in toate directiile...nu au stătătoare de dus care este ruptă...camerele NU sunt antifonate...se aude absolut TOT...nu se respecta ca si hotel ca si locatie..am avut ghinionul să avem lângă camera noastră un "alai"de petrecareti ..de alta etnie. .si de la ora 1.30 nu s a putut dormi.. am rugat recepția sa faca ceva. ..si nu s a intamplat absolut nimic ..pt banii pe care îi dăm aici pe o noapte am pretenția să mă relaxez și să mă odihnesc corespunzător. Clienții ar trebui selectați ..sau macar sa le prezinte regulamentul de ordine interioară!ESTE TOTAL UN ESEC SI O DEZAMAGIRE ACEST HOTEL ..NU ISI MERITA ABSOLUT BANII ...POATE DOAR PT POZITIE CA ESTE PE PLAJA DAR TOTUSI SUNT PREA MULTE MINUSURI .PE LANGA ACEST PLUS...O SA VA CONVINGRTI PERSONAL ...NU SUNT O HATER ISTA ....DAR CREDETI MA CA SUNT ALTE HOTELURI SI DE 2 SI DE 3 STELE CARE IL DEPASESTE CU MULT PE ACEST HOTEL..DIN MULTE PUNCTE DE VEDERE !CLAR NU VOM REVENI AICI SI NICI...
