Hotel Scapino — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Location is perfect just enough away from the boardwalk so the non stop pumping music goes away when you close the window but only 2 steps away when you want to go to the beach.||Everything was newish and worked. Lovely shower, well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Wifi worked very well.||Balcony was small but enough to enjoy the view and sea breeze.||All staff were polite and helpful. Our breakfast man particularly so!||Breakfast was good with warm options and quality juices and nice cakes. The hotel is really nice. Pretty much what you see in the pictures is what you get. The breakfast was basic but good and their coffee was amazing. I wish I was able to give more stars however their employees need a 101 customer service class asap and a change in attitude. The front desk, Laura , hung up the phone on us when I called to get details about the parking lot. Same attitude gave when we got there , she seemed simply bothered by every question that we have and she was even rolling her eyes. Not a good impression when you first get in a hotel. I stayed at Hotel Scapino for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The location of the hotel is excellent, it’s in the middle of Mamaia and within walking distance of the beach. The room was lovely, the decor was very modern and the bathroom was spotless. Everything you needed was in the room & the free wifi was excellent. Despite the balcony overlooking the car park, you could still see the lake and the city which was really nice. The selection for breakfast was great and accommodating for vegetarians.
