Onal Boutique Hotelier — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Rate for this hotel is 10/10. It has the quality standard of Marriott and Hilton for an affordable price range compare to other hotels in Mamaia.

Checked in was done promptly. Hotel Reception, Hallways and Elevator are all immaculately clean.

Room looks very clean with elegant design and excellent lighting.

Air conditioning can work 24/7 and doesn't switch off if tne key card is remove.

Bathroomis well equipped as a 5 star except for a bathtub. But shower is enough for us so it wasn't an issue.

Bath towels and bedsheets feels wonderful and smells clean.

Nespresso Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee espressos capsules are provided and selection of tea as well.

Fridge is very clean.

Location wise, the hotel is so close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Breakfast buffet was serve with a variety of food selection. Something you will expect for a 5 star hotels. Cold cuts, cheese, bakery, hotmeals, juices, fruits, etc. Overall breakfast experience was excellent and the people who are working are professional.

Whatever you think about the hotel: it’s way too loud in the evening. You have a club your room until 1 o‘clock in the night!! The hotel is directly located in the main tourist hotspot. It’s not the hotels fault, but you have to be honest with your guests. That’s not „boutique hotel“ from my perspective. We checked out one night earlier, because of the noise and the party atmosphere around. About the breakfast: if you are coming in the second half of the breakfast time, half of the food is already gone. If you are not bothered by the noise until midnight and the car noise of the Main Street, the hotel is ok

P.S. Reading the response of the hotel, I want to emphasise, that the noise was the first night until 1 p.m. and the next night until way after midnight. And even the 3 layer windows don’t help. We had a fantastic stay at the Onal Boutique Hotelier. The hotel is nice and modern and the rooms are very chic. The girl from the reception, Mihaela, was wonderful, very helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect.
