I do not recommend it as a hotel for families with small children or in general, only if you take the extra room for children. In any case, the room does not offer any place to relax suitable for children.||||Among the few positive aspects of the stay, we mention the indoor and outdoor playground for children, together with the pool that has water entry levels that allow different ages of children to play.||||There are parking spaces, you just need to be patient to find one. The parking lot is not paved, only with pebbles.||FYI: the first 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel are theoretically for people with hanficap, but practically for those with cars and money||||Aspects that leave something to be desired:||The room:||- the curtains are only decorative elements, they do not help to make the room dark or stop the sun's heat||- the refrigerator is yellow and antique, I think that if I sell it with the money received, they will be able to get a new version with a decent cost||- the air conditioning works... however, it takes a long time to cool down, I recommend the rabla program for an update to this as well||- the floor was not mopped/washed||- there are no facilities for children in the rooms. However, the hotel's expectations are that 1 child can sleep in the bed with the parents||- although I requested a cot, and I understood that it is based on availability and the level of occupancy, it did not exist or was mentioned by the staff. Luckily, we took the baby mattress from home||- the light bulb in the hallway in the room and in front of the room does not work||+ as a positive aspect: they took the trash, brought towels and put paper daily||||The public bathrooms (reception or restaurant) leave a lot to be desired. The doors don't close (the women's bathroom in the reception area), there is soap or paper sometimes, quarantine also sometimes. They managed to put a toilet brush, after the mess was floating in the toilet the day before.||||Breakfast there are options (but don't expect quality)||-4 types of eggs (fried, stuffed, boiled, scrambled), 4 types of cereals (although one is a mix made from the others), cold appetizers (2 types of ham, 1 type of salami, 1 cheese, cheese) + 3/4 types spreadable options (zacusca, roe, I haven't tried the other 2)||- crushed tomatoes (probably cut the night before)||- fruit plate (sometimes no tongs for taking)||- fruit tart, biscuits and sponge cake||-bread (the cheapest possible and poor quality)||- Coffee, tea, water and juices||The tables have the same tablecloths for at least 2 days in a row (with all the stains left from the previous guests), only the tights.||There are seats for babies/toddlers, but they require cleaning before use. No help for the baby seat from the staff, like bringing it to the table or even cleaning it.||||There is a light at the end of the tunnel and maybe in a few years the hotel will be at the 3-star level. At the moment there are many aspects that require...
Read moreFirst of all, this isn't a 3* hotel. It's a 2* hotel just in the rooms which have been renovated. The ones which have not ( rooms which have the VERY OLD furniture ), are 1.5*.||||Parking - it has a maximum of 10 places which are considered legally parking places. The "rest" are considered the ones on the green space. There, depending on how the other drivers parked, you may or may not find a parking space.||||The room - I stayed in a renovated one. The furniture is new, but poorly made. The doors from cabinets move in their hinges when open. The room has a specific smell, maybe because it has been recently renovated and hasn't been properly oxigenated. From the bathroom, sometimes comes a nasty smell, so you must have the door closed all the time. The TV doesn't have signal or if it does, it's extremly poor. The bathroom is very small - just 1 person at a time. It's old, just the sink has been renovated. On the edge of the balcony, because of the AC above our room, the water was dripping, It's a common problem for all the rooms which have above a room with AC. The mini-fridge, because of itself or of the furniture in which is put, produces a very loud noise.||||WI-FI - sometimes it works, sometimes not. If you're lucky...||||Breakfast - it's just despicable. It's served from 8-10AM. The space to serve it it's insufficient ( tables ), the plates and silver are soaked in water ( you must use the napkins to remove the water from them ) and the food is either insufficient ( if you come at 8:30, the fruits and some meat are gone ) or the same ( 1 type of salamy, 1 type of cheese etc.). The food it's composed of 8 different types of food ( 2 being mentioned earlier ).||||Staff - maids just come and clean the room. And that's it. They don't exchange the sheets if they're dirty, don't exchange the towels if you put them in the shower. They MAY CHANGE them if you expressly tell them and they don't forget.||The staff which is in the breakfast area is very rude and just do not care for the customers or even their security. I saw a episode where a person who was cleaning the tables was walking by a tourist with a coffee in her hands and bumped her ( by his or her mistake ). Either way, the tourist spilled her coffee and the staff member just continued his gangsta walk as nothing happened. He didn't even bothered to stop and see if the tourist is ok or to say he's sorry ( it's a common thing to do ). The coffee just sat there, on the floor and people soon started to slip on it. After a while, another staff member saw that and "tried" to wash it ( it was just a cup of coffee, 100-200 ml ). He just smuged it, making now a bigger and wider slippery area.||||There may be other things, but I can't remember very well but I hope other people will stay as far away as possible from...

First of all, this isn't a 3* hotel. It's a maximum 2* hotel, only in the renovated section of it. The not-renovated rooms have very old and worn-out furniture (before 1989), not suitable to be rented to customers.
Parking - it has a maximum of 10 places which are considered legally parking places. The "rest" of them are considered the ones on the grass around the hotel.
The room - I stayed in was not a “renovated” one. The furniture is incredibly old and worn-out, the whole place had a specific bad smell, especially the bathroom when turning the water on. It was impossible to stand the bad smell coming from the sink or the shower cabinet when water was on. The TV was a small cathodic-tube type, very bad signal or not at all sometimes. No AC in the room, but on the balcony some rusted supports for the external module of the AC system were still hanging. The mini-fridge, not usable. Rust on the edges, inside, very bad smell coming out of it. It must have contained an entire bacterial colony.
WI-FI – not working.
Breakfast - it's just despicable. The space to serve it it's insufficient (tables) for the number of guests in the hotel. In the morning there’s a crowd waiting in the door of the restaurant for free tables. The food is of the worst quality. 3 colors of salami, probably showing only different ages.
Staff – nobody stepped in the room for cleaning during the 3 days stay. The staff in the breakfast area is very rude and just do not care for the customers or even their security. On the side of the hotel, there’s a restaurant with bad live music late at night, so if you intend to...
