Hotel Miorița — Hotel in Mangalia

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. There are standard rooms and superior rooms to choose from. We took two standard rooms for a weekend. The superior rooms are allegedly renovated and much better looking, so we were told by the hotel staff upon arriving (also considerably more expensive) - they told us it's a shame we did not pick a superior room. Bottom line is, the standard rooms are way below one half of a star. The furniture is antique, the lingerie not clean, the socket hanging, the TV blurry, the bed stiff, the room shabby and dirty overall. As to the bathroom, it was unbelievably dirty (despite some ironic signs with "sanitized"), there was NO HOT WATER for almost our entire stay, and when it was, the pressure was so slow that it was almost impossible to shower. The breakfast was petty, the restaurant and the tables were dirty. The pool was also dirty and the water did not appear to have ever been changes since the beginning of summer. Mediocre hotel. We asked for a room with a double bed, and instead received two single beds joined together: one of the mattresses was more worn out that the other, so the bed was uneven.

The bathroom conditions were very bad: the shower had no door or curtain, and so the water just splashed everywhere. The sink faucet had the most disgusting layer of grime on the underside, and it could not be removed by scrubbing with wet wipes as I tried.

The cleaning was always done early in the morning and then, despite hanging the "please clean room" sign on the handle for a whole day, they never came to clean. When they did come to clean, they only emptied our trash bin and that's it, the bedsheets were never changed once in 7 days.

There was no net on the door leading to the balcony, leaving you at the mercy of mosquitos every night. The furniture in the room was an outdated, communist-era wooden style.

The only good thing about the hotel was the swimming pool outside, which was nice and clean. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no...

Am revenit și în 2023 însă din păcate nu sunt schimbări în bine, ci în rău. -Internet nefuncțional inca de an trecut, in camera dubla superioara, cadita sparta, curs apa în baie...nici acum nu știu ce facilitati am avut. -Zgomot de la piscina care nu exista un program totuși cu pauza după amiaza. -Micul dejun a rămas ca pentru cantină saracilor dar la pret de bogati (sau împinge tava) compus din aceleasi ingrediente: *Alternarea unor oua...ceea ce e penibil sa nu găsești aceleași oua zilnic gen ochiuri de exemplu sau omleta *Mezeluri obosite tăiată pe din doua felia, subtitrări ca foaia de hârtie *Cașcaval *niste bobite cereale, probabil Viva cu lapte *niște gem și unt *niște cafea fiert zațul de 20-30 de ori probabil, fără gust de cafea... niște roșii și castraveți *niște zacusca și uneori humus *niște cremvruști *niște rulada cea mai ieftina care exista, și niste chec care se făramicios.

Prânzul/cina nu va imaginati ca e regim bufet suedez cum zic ei, ci sunteți serviți cu maxim doua feluri de mâncare din câte am observat, deși sunt cam 6 feluri în total. Puteți sa beți apa, suc sau vin singuri și niste pișcoturi tip fursecuri la desert. Personal nu sunt convinsa dacă merită, cred ca nu. Plaja e cam departe.

Recenzie 2022 Am stat singura în camera dubla superioara 3 * asta casa nu ne mai trezim aici cu confuzii. Exista parte din hotel cu camere renovate și altele nu. Am avut camera curățată zilnic, pus hârtie igienica etc Eu sunt mulțumită,de conditii si pt cat am platit, însă nu pare de 3* superior fără un uscător de par (poti imprumuta dr la receptie) și fără minibar, fără restaurant a la carte, fără posibilitatea de mic dejun în camera...Sunt nemulțumită de facilitati, nu am beneficiat de nimic, in camera exista un mini frigider, destul de util, aer condiționat, produse igiena minime ca pe la toate hotelurile.

Mic dejun sărăcăcios, însă raportata la ce e pe litoral sincer pas fi preferat sa plătesc torul la acest hotel, inclusiv pensiune completa dacă nu era bufet suedez cu romanii noștri neaoși care strănută și tușesc intenționat pe mâncare.

Din păcate nu sunt reguli clare, în ceea ce privește igiena, măcar sa scrie mare pe ușa, înainte sa se formeze cozi. Altceva ce nu mi a plăcut a fost faptul ca nu am reușit sa stau la piscina, deoarece nu aveau șezlonguri suficiente,nu ca erau ocupate de oameni, ci de prosoape goale. Am atras atenția receptionerei, era o tipa indolenta, care nu a rezolvat situația. Mi-a plăcut ca scrie la camera copiilor sa nu ia jucării în camera,dar vad ca despre adulti nu zice nimic!

Un alt minus este ca sunt mulți oaspeți nesimțiți care vorbesc pe hol când li se școală nu contează, considerând ca se afla la ei acasă la bloc sau mai știu eu unde, cu copiii lor needucați care zbiara. Personal, cred ca nu as repetat experienta din motivele menționate, la care se aduga tot felul de minorități, chipurile refugiați pe acolo... cu niște comportamente dezolante, nu degeaba sunt frații...
