Every member of staff is a wonderful human being, without exception, and their kindness shines through in everything they do. The lobby, in particular, is so inviting and comfortable that I could honestly return here every autumn and winter without hesitation.||Of course, this is my personal experience. If you’re seeking high-end luxury and have particularly demanding standards, this might not be the place for you. Instead, this is a haven for those who value kindness and the ability to recognise and appreciate the same in others. It’s human, friendly, and warm—almost like being wrapped in love. That’s the essence of this place for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.||Ultimately, the choice depends on the kind of experience you’re after. A lovely and elegant hotel set in an old but newly renovated building, with a beautiful design. The hotel is located in a very quiet central area of ​​the resort, very close to the park, the Casino and the Sinaia Monastery. Reception staff exceptionally kind. The room 103 on the corner of the building on the 1st floor, the one with a balcony facing the street, is spacious and comfortable. High beds with very comfortable mattresses. Spacious bathroom with paper, soap, shampoo replaced daily. Room cleaning is performed daily. They respect what is written in the presentation of their rooms. The underfloor heating worked at its best, even more than we would have needed in November. Wi-Fi worked very well. A minus - it lacks some support on which you can put a suitcase. Excelsior has been a wonderful place to stay in Sinaia for a few years. We return here because of its central location and quiet ambiance; the Boutique Hotel is like a home for us; always a welcoming atmosphere, with outstanding service, very clean and comfortable rooms and the attentive staff who make your stay remarkable. The breakfast is included and although not offered onsite, it is available at the beautiful Caraiman hotel, only five minutes walking distance.
