It’s an absolute lie that you “offered” us to leave without paying. What really happened: you got furious, shouted at us, and told us to leave the hotel - not out of kindness, but because you were being aggressive and disrespectful.

Your replies to every bad review already show what kind of person you are: rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. You should not be running a hotel, period.

And let’s be clear: your place is not cheap for the poor quality you provide. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels where the staff treated guests with respect - true 5-star hospitality in spirit, even if the rooms were basic. That’s the difference: they have education and manners. You don’t.

To make things worse, your cleaning lady just walked into our room without knocking, standing right in the bedroom. That says it all about how little you respect your guests’ privacy.

Spend your money elsewhere - anywhere is better than here!

Original review (before owner’s reply): Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying at Pensiunea Eliza.

There’s no reception and no clear instructions for check-in (you have to call the owner). The room was in the basement. The location is quite far from the center and the walk is steep and tiring.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work and when I calmly asked the owner about it (we have to work), he reacted very rudely and told us to go find another hotel.

Later, he even accused me of not wanting to pay, although I was simply trying to confirm if the Booking.com payment had gone through (it hadn’t). I asked him multiple times to stop speaking to me in that way and just charge me if needed but he kept going.

The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. It made us feel very unwelcome.

I’ve travelled to so many places and never experienced something like that. The owner was absolutely aggressive and disrespectful. If you read other reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one who had this kind of experience.

I highly recommend spending a little more money to stay somewhere decent - it’s worth it.

Not recommended! no Wi-Fi, rude communication and an inconvenient location with only one expensive...

The owner’s behavior is simply unacceptable. After we stayed 2 days at the villa next to it (Vila Dani), we wanted to prolong our stay with a couple of more days. The owner of Vila Dani( a great guy!) recommended Vila Eliza because it’s right next door. We called the owner of Vila Eliza and he was the rudest person working in the hotel business that we have ever encountered. He treated us like he was doing us a favor although we had no problem paying 300 RON per night (the price on booking.com being 244 RON). In short, the owner is rude, unprofessional and may extort you for extra money.

O sa scriu si in romana. Patronul e un nesimtit si jumatate si nu merita sa va consumati nervii cu un ghertoi burtos si plin pana la...

Camera economică intr-o parte a unei vile mai mari, demisol. Spațiul oferă liniștea din pădurea de brazi vecina, susurul unui pârâiaș pe care nu îl curata nimeni, o masa cu 2 bănci fara copertina( este si un umbrar dar doar pentru clientii vilei principale) lângă fosa septica a complexului de vile (adică pute!) Dispune de un grătarel ruginit bun pentru 2 persoane . Viluta este situata la 1.7 km de centrul orașului și de orice magazin , urcuș pe Furnica . Fără mașina e drum lung. Vila dispune de doua camere economice la demisol, destul de spațioase . Camera dispune de un pat generos de metal , o saltea mai mititică de calitate pentru că altfel ar fi fost umeda de la umezeala din cameră . Mai este și o canapea antica in cameră și prăfuită, un frigider de prin 1900 toamna care susura deranjant la 3 minute (dar răcește bine!),un aparat care se chinuie să scoată umezeala din cameră și trebuie golit la 10 ore pentru că altfel nu poți respira de la sporii de mucegai! Da! Ați auzit bine: super oferta pentru cazarea la economic vine cu mucegai peste tot: pe pereți, tavan, jaluzelele jegoase de la ferestre, la capul patului, in patura (călduroasă) de fulgi, peste tot! Atât de mult mucegai încât dacă stai doua zile cât am stat eu cu copiii , realizezi când ajungi acasă că ai venit cu mucegai in toate obiectele pe care le-ai avut la tine! Așa că cei cu astm și alergii vor fi tratați la spitalul din Sinaia! Apa calda non stop dar doar cu lumina stinsă căci prin ferestrele ,,vitrate,,cu autocolant ca la Peleș ( din spusele proprietarului) se vede totul! Toate accesoriile sunt pur decorative căci pica la prima atingere ( turiștii le strică!) Pet friendly pentru o sumă de bani in plus! Am stat în august, anul 2021, adult cu doi copii și câine . Am platit 160 pe noapte, virați direct in cont sub titlul de ,, alimentare cont" Proprietarul este arogant , agresiv si orice problema ai avea o trateaza cu sfidator cu superioritate. Felul în care se poarta cu turistii care îi plătesc generos pentru niște condiții mizerabile ( deși femeia care face curat se străduiește să fie plăcut)...
