I stayed in the single room, it was not big, but so comfortable! Everything was well-thought, a good-size wardrobe, comfortable bed. The pictures on booking.com are real (just there is only one balcony in the building, in deluxe room most probably). Everything is clean, there are enough of electrical outlets, and they are in the right places! Very convenient, unlike in many other hotels. And the location suited me perfectly: just 10-15 minutes on foot from Moscow railway station, no need for taxi.||Would definitely consider this hotel for one more stay )||||There were mosquitos in my room every night, although the windows stayed closed. I claimed it on the reception only during check-out, and they immediately told that they could give me a fumigator (anti-mosquito plug-in), so I should have just asked earlier, my fault.||Also the breakfast was not good :( Dry croissants and pastry (like one week old), Russian style omelette (I tried smth like this in my sovietic kindergarten last time), sausages.. overall the assortment was not bad, but everything was untasty and didn't seem really fresh. So it is good that the breakfast is not normally included in the price. You can just go out and have a great breakfast or brunch in one of many nice places in Saint Petersburg, like: Schastye; Cake & Breakfast; Animals; Shenghen etc. Or in Bushe bakery, which is just in front of the hotel (Ulitsa Zhukovskogo side).||There was some building renovation, but normally the noise started after 9 or even 10 am, so it did not...

Read moreGreat location, Nevsky prospect just in short walking distance, numerous possibilities of food if you don´t eat in hotel´s restaurant ( very good food). The room was spacious, very clean , towels changed every day, welcome water filled regulary, really softest pillow I had ( from LA to Tokyo). Kudos to the hotel´s barkeeper Astrid who was actually only person who spoke english fluently. I chose the hotel because it was written that reception personel speaking different languages which is not the case. I understand russian a bit being slavic person by myself, otherwise I would do harder. Improvment in this field would be appreciated as service at the restaurant as well. Working in a hotel, restaurant by myself it was just very dissapointing to sit there, seing service running into the kitchen in and out not even greeting you or bring you menu , not talking about my New Years dissaster dinner. I will return if in the city again because the hotel was great but would organize myself better online not needing any help ( or improve my russian...
