Axis Apartments — Hotel in Arbat District

We reserved 2 rooms for 10 days at Axis.Moscow (8 Dec - 31 Dec 2022). We are glad that we chose the Axis.Moscow at Arbat Street because it is centrally located with lots of eateries and cafes nearby. There are plenty of souvenir shops and some other stores that you can explore: There are hypermarkets, pharmacies and banks along the street. It’s really convenient for travellers. The метро is about 10 minutes walk (if you have a wide stride and walk fast, that is) - I have osteoarthritis so it’s 5-7 additional minutes for me…||I love the team there, they’re kind and hard working. They cleaned the rooms and changes the sheets twice during our 10 days stay. They keep the place clean. The admin is also very responsive and all comms are via whatsapp. The rooms that we chose are equipped with an induction cooker, a microwave, cooking utensils, pots and a pan, dishes, etc. ||There’s no front office or a reception but it is secured where you can’t access the floors without the code. My only suggestion is perhaps for Axis.Moscow to install a peeping hole to the door of each room.||It’s 1 Jan 2023 today and taking the opportunity to wish the team at Axis.Moscow a very happy new year. I hope you will accept our reservations in the future as well will definitely be in Moscow again when situation permits as our daughter is a University...

The family apartment we stayed in was just superb! If it was possible to give it more than 6 stars, I would. There were 3 of us and this two-bedroom apartment had more than enough space for us. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, all the neccessary things you need are provided, it is located in the center of Arbat, the staff is super nice and will answer your messages at any time of the day. Расположение апартаментов: в центре Москвы, 5 минут до метро Арбатская, 15 минут до Красной площади! Окна номеров выходят на Старый Арбат и во дворик. Мои окна выходили на Арбат, но неудобств это не доставило - музыканты, играющие на улице, не нарушали закона о тишине и расходились к 23:00. Апартаменты располагаются на 5 этаже, есть лифт (часто в не рабочем состоянии). Номер внутри чистый, уютный, для того, чтобы прожить там есть действительно всё: если нужно приготовить еду, есть холодильник, плита, сковородка, кастрюля, чашки, кружки, тарелки ложки, вилки, даже полковник! В ванной есть фен (отдельный +). Шампунь, гель для душа, моющее средство, жидкое мыло, туалетная бумага, мусорные пакеты - запасы всего этого можно пополнить, попросив администратора. Кстати, администраторы очень приветливы и быстро решают проблемы, если таковые имеются. Стиральная машина, сушильная машина находятся в общей комнате "Laundry", также там можно взять сушилку в номер и выкинуть свой мусор в большой бак. В номере есть телевизор, который работает от вайфая, русскоязычные Тв-каналы, подписка на нетфликс - очень удобно. Единственный минус - шумоизоляция, НО неудобств это тоже не доставило, так как соседи были тихие. Очень классные апартаменты в центре Москвы, чистые и уютные. Приедем ещё раз и будем...
