I had a horrible experience. First , rude stuff of the restaurant. Second , I asked them to split the bill between me and my friend which they didn't do with a rude response. Third , my friend went to wash his hands in the washroom and he could not find soup and it is during covid-19 where germs are everywhere. I later went to wash my hands and wanted to wipe them after I was done. Looked around and see found no towel or paper hand dryer to wipe or dry my hand. Finally, I lost my debit card after I paid for the bill. Went out for less than a minute and reached my pocket to find out where I kept my card but it was not there. Came back to the restaurant and asked them if I could check in the security camera of the restaurant to see who has stollen the card or wether it fell down somewhere. The restaurant members were very rude and refused to do so. I don't recommend this place to anyone because I don't want them to spoil their weekend or their...
Read moreI am writing this review with minimal expectations from indian restaurant abroad.
Misguiding in name of Indian Restaurant. Located in a very happening street in moscow arbat. Very happening and lively place to chill.
We ordered paneer tikka masala, dal makhani, butter nan and butter roti.
Paneer tikka masala was similar to cubes of paneer dipped in tomato ketchup (appearance was even darker than ketchup). Filty!
Dal makhani was eatable but still very bad with basic standard of an indian restaurant.
Roti and nan was same. 100% same. No difference. Why they offered this option of roti and nan seperately was beyond understanding.
Water was not served till the end of food even after asking 2 times even when it was paid.
Sliced Onions were served at the end food just like a desert.
Eat bread and salt to sleep but dont go this place. I still feel puking while writing...
Read moreLocated at Arbat St, a lively street in Moscow, this is quite a decent Indian restaurant offering halal dishes at reasonable prices. The staff was accommodating to our requests as we wanted to change our seats. If you are interested in visiting Arbat St and having dinner at the same time, I would recommend you to take a stroll through Arbat St before and then have dinner later since Arbat St shops start closing around 10pm. The food was flavorful but the quantity was less. The roti/naan was hard - looks like it was prepared a while ago.
