Rukkola — Restaurant in Arbat District

This was my 4th visit to this restarant. Standard of the service staff is never consistent. I had a pleasant experience on my last visit but today was less than satisfactory. At least 4 waitresses were standing at the door and the 1st one turned her head away when she saw me walking in. The rest are equally grouchy (no smile-thought Arbat Street is a place to showcase Russian hospitality with so many restaurants around). I was also disappointed with the food that was served today. The raf coffee was way too sweet. The chicken soup and carbonara looked and tasted less than ordinary (I ate better ones at other Russian cafes) although the pear and parma ham salad tasted the same as last time (phew!). The panna cotta was in the same class as the chicken soup-watery. The 3 stars are for the waiter, Antonio, who noticed that I had not had my dessert served after finishing my main course for 15 minutes. Thank you for being observant. Overall, I did not enjoy my...

Better go and eat somewhere else. The food serving in pretty bad. We ordered soup and an Indian pizza with juice. But we had to wait for 15 minutes just to place an order. 10 minutes later they bring us pizza, and no one cared that soup should be the first. Also they don't bring us spoons and forks, so we got our pizza and no tools to eat it:-) Also we met 2 flies that roaming around our table and tried to sit on our food.

I'd like to say that food was tasty and place is pretty cozy, but serving should...

Nice italian restaurant. My gf wanted to eat some italian food so we found here. The workers are kind and if you need English menu then you can ask it. They can speak English too. So don't afraid to visit here :) We were visit here at day but seems like nice to visit at evening too. The price is normal and the food quality are food. If you visit around there and at the time if you want some itlian food then yeah visit here and enjoy your meal with...
