POSITIVE||: location of hotel, size of breakfast hall, amazing bedroom sofas, comfy beds ||||NEGATIVE ||: ||Monitor your housekeeping staff as they seem from my experience of my stay l not cleaning at all and alot of dirt and dust accumulate in the following areas||||||1. Dust on kettle||2. Alot of dust on phone - which means they don't clean the room phones. Alot of germs accumulate on phone mouth pieces ||3. They didn't mop the floor of the bathroom for over 3 days. I cut myself and blood leaked onto the bathroom floor and it was never cleaned for over 3 days. We had to complain to reception||||This is to the management please monitor your team to ensure they are not avoiding their responsibilities when it comes to cleaning, are you aware how many germs accumulate on sneakers when walking back onto the room carpet.||||||Service||||Reception staff was polite||||Food and beverage staff - you need to focus on the chef as he is very inflexible and demonstrated unwillingness to take a request to make cheese omelette and insisted that we take an omelette he cooked earlier.||||If your service doesn't include adding cheese on omelette it would be very wise to emphasise this however if you don't add cheese or other condiments then you are very behind in world standards when it comes to live stations.||||Once again please monitor the chef.||||||The coffee table in the room is too large and limits movement space try in the future to add smaller coffee tables||||I have added pictures of where dust has gathered even though housekeeping visited our room they didn't clean it which is in itself disgusting but as hotel management you are paying staff but not to avoid their responsibilities and miss parts of their work.||||Please note they did offer to check after we complained and when they came we were not available...

Food and beverage staff - you need to focus on the chef as he is very inflexible and demonstrated unwillingness to take a request to make cheese omelette and insisted that we take an omelette he cooked earlier.

A avaliação ficou longa, mas recomendo que leiam. |Eu gostaria de dizer dar a melhor avaliação e dizer que o hotel é perfeito, porém acredito que faltam alguns ajustes para isso.|NEGATIVO|- A primeira frustração se deu com um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, quando reservamos pelo site hoteis.com um quarto com cama king. O atendente disse que não podia garantir tal reserva e que não havia quarto disponível com cama king. Unimos as camas (que são mais largas que uma de solteiro comum) e melhorou.|- A outra questão foi o ar condicionado. No site diz que há ar condicionado, porém no hotel descobrimos que ele não é ligado durante o que eles consideram inverno (fomos em abril, na primavera, temperatura exterior de 10/12 graus). Eles disseram que só funcionava o aquecedor nessa época e que poderíamos abrir a janela. Tivemos que abrir pq o quarto ficava abafado e quente mesmo a noite. Porém, apesar do quarto ter uma parede inteira de vidro pra rua, só uma dessas janelas abre e somente uma fresta. O quarto ficava voltado para trás do prédio e o sol da manhã (a partir das 5 am) batia naquele janelão de vidro, tornando o quarto ainda mais quente e abafado, como uma estufa, extremamente desconfortável. O quarto chegou a atingir a temperatura de 26 graus celsius mesmo com a janela aberta, temperatura para estar na praia. Além disso, ficava claro demais, mesmo com a cortina fechada pq o sol era muito forte e havia muito barulho com uma obra com caminhões descarregando coisas a madrugada inteira.|- Enfim, no dia seguinte pedimos pra trocar de quarto para um de frente para a avenida New Arbat, onde não batia o sol nascente da manhã e tudo isso acima melhorou consideravelmente. O ar condicionado continuou sem funcionar, mas a temperatura do quarto ficava bem mais amena pq o sol não o esquentava e abafava, o quarto permanecia escuro pela manhã e nem precisávamos dormir com a janela aberta. A janela fechada veda bem o som da rua, mesmo sendo movimentada. Ressalto que a mudança de quarto foi uma solicitação nossa, o hotel não nos ofereceu nenhuma solução para o calor. Essa mudança foi providencial e melhorou em 80% a nossa estadia no hotel. Resumo: peça um quarto voltado para a New Arbat.|- Nem todos os itens são repostos no café da manhã.|POSITIVO:|- hotel novo, moderno, atendentes jovens e que falam inglês. Foram prestativos com algumas dúvidas sobre metrô, uber e fizeram uma reserva por telefone pra gente. Bar funciona 24 h.|- quarto espaçoso, bonito, moderno, cheiroso, edredon e travesseiros confortáveis. Cama poderia ser mais macia. Há cofre, frigobar, espaço para malas abertas.|- banheiro todo novo com aquecimento no piso, ótimo chuveiro, toalhas grandes e macias, shampoo, hidratante, condicionador.|- bem localizado em uma avenida super movimentada. Há um shopping com vários restaurantes ao lado, supermercado 24 horas com caixa eletrônico, Burger King. A rua parece Las Vegas com movimento de jovens, luzes, música, mas é segura. Fica paralela a Rua Arbat que é de pedestre com lojinhas de souvenier e farmácia. A estação mais próxima fica o equivalente a uns 3 quarteirões, uns 8/10 minutos de caminhada. Pars o Kremlim são uns 20/25 minutos de caminhada.|- Academia muito boa com água de graça.|- Café da manhã bem servido com pães, frios, sucos, ovos, bacon, frutas e até champagne. poderia ser reposto mais itens quando acabam.|Local agradável e amplo.|RESUMO: o hotel é novo e algumas coisas deveriam ser repensadas, como o ar condicionado, já que é um hotel moderno, confortável, deveria oferecer mais esse conforto aos hóspedes. Apesar disso, se conseguir um quarto pra New Arbat ou se o ar funcionar, recomendo o hotel. Ele tem tudo para se...
