Sultan Pizza & Burgers — Restaurant in Arbat District

Arrived at the resturant and asked the manager of the restaurant which food would take shorter time to prepare and get the burgers or pizzas, replied pizzas and said it would take 20 minutes approx, I waited for 1 hour and during this time chasing my order, when finally I got my order in front of the manager and the staff, I showed the manager receipt and reminded him that of what he promised, unfortunately no reply he did not even bothered, one of the staff who handed me the order said I'm only an employee here. In order to provide honest review I provided ever detail of what happened. I hope this review is viewed by the resturant and teach the manager that apologising is the least thing you could provide to a customer who didn't get the service he requested and paid. Would I order again from the resturant maybe but absolutely...
