Went there with two of my friends - absolutely terrible experience. There’re always huge lines of people waiting to get inside the place, so if you like staying in the line listening to awful loud music busting out of speakers, maybe it could be enjoyable.
When we paid for the order - it turned out that it was mixed up, out of three burgers we had ordered, we got only two and had to argue with kitchen staff to get what we ordered and payed for, so there was additional 10 minutes of waiting at the counter for the third burger. However, the worst thing out of it was the burger itself. I ate the classic double cheeseburger and it was supposed to be with cheddar and 1000 isles sauce, but instead of it i got some unknown orange diarrhea mass which tasted nothing like we expected. Beef tasted like nothing. Fake meat in veggie burgers taste better, really. If you’re looking to spend some fun quality time with your friends, please look FURTHER - you won’t get it here.

Was quite disappointed that this place didn’t live up to all the hype it has on Instagram, I’ve heard about long queues to order but that was fine by me as I was expecting my burger to be divine but instead my order was ready in 3 minutes after we stood 15 minutes in the queue. The meat in the burger was raw, not medium rare or God forbid well done, but raw! Of course it’s going to be soft and juicy if it’s not cooked, fries were served cold and certainly weren’t worth the price (stingy on the cheese sauce on top as well), our drinks from the fridge were warm. That makes me wonder if all the celebrities that tried those burgers actually have any taste buds left or we just ate there on...

The only reason for this place to be so popular is good PR. The food is very mediocre. Burger's patty are not juicy at all. It feels more like if they poured some water with oil on top of it to make it look "juicy". Fries are horrible and we couldn't even finish the 1/10 part of the portion. The choice of soft drinks could have been better. Oh and the lady at the cashier station was almost insulted when we refused to order their special promotion of the day with "a free t-shirt"... That was really wierd. Overall there is nothing special about this restaurante, just another burger place. You can easily find a better burger in Moscow....
