Absolutely a place I wouldn’t recommend.||1. Almost impossible to find. There’s no sign of the existence of this hotel, so it took us more than one hour to find it.||2. The rooms are at the third floor (no elevator). ||3. Rude attitude towards tourists. As soon as we entered the door, the lady at the desk, without even introducing herself, told us she wanted the money and that she just wanted cash, not card. Of course, we didn’t have so much cash as we read on the site they accepted card. We couldn’t even have a shower (after one hour under the sun to find the place and three floors with luggages) and we went to find a bank. It was Saturday evening, 6 o’clock and all the banks were closed (as she should have known). We took another hour to find a way to take money (that means, we had to withdraw money twice, from two different cards, which means paying commission twice, as our cards had daily limits). When we went out it was pouring rain so we angrily (and completely wet) went back at the hotel. We complained but she didn’t even apologize, she just said that their terminal was broken and she was just worried about one thing: the money. ||4. The lady at the desk didn’t speak English. NOT EVEN A WORD. So she kept using this Google translate App and understanding each other was very hard.||We just had the key of the entrance of the mini hotel and the key of our room, but not the key of the building. Nobody explained us what time the door of the building was closed so every time we went out at night we were scared that we could find the door locked (and that could have been a big problem, given that there isn’t any reception in this place). ||5. Another problem was that she took the money and then nobody was never at the desk, nobody was there if you want to ask for information and nobody was there if you had any problems.||6. And actually we had some problems. On the evening of the third day, hot water stopped, just cold water. We sent a WhatsApp message to one number (the only contact we had with someone in charge of the place) and they told that the problem would have been solved maybe during the day. Actually, on that night there was hot water, but the water itself had a terrible smell and the following days the water was never really hot. So, even if we paid full prize, we just received half service. That’s not really fair. ||7. People entered the room not just for cleaning the room, but at any time of the day. One night, for example, we went out at seven and came back at ten and we realized that someone had entered our room to turn off the air conditioning (and who knows for what other reason). We had all our personal belongings in our room and this attitude made us feel very unsafe.||8. Wi-Fi was very slow, sometimes even slower than Moscow city Wi-Fi.||The only good aspect of this mini hotel is its location, but you can find better places with the...
