The room .... well.... horrible.||||Why: the door had to be locked by the key to keep it closed, the window could not be closed due to the bent frame, the nightstand lamp next to the bed could not be used - you had to hold the plug in the socket by hand, and it was flickering. One of my guests who wasn't staying over got kicked out outside in cold winter because it was after 23:00. Receptionist named Alsu was very rude and unhelpful, kept forcing us to pay 700rub to have our guest over, even though she lives in Kazan and wasn't even planing on staying over. Music was playing loudly until 6 am in restaurant area downstairs. Rooms are old but generally ok and warm, but really dirty. The only good thing...
