host was disingenuous from the beginning, he uses a mattress that's around 20 years old with urine stains on it, he sprayed some masking smell during the 1st day, which started to wear off after the 2nd day and I thought it was coming from the air conditioning but it was actually from the bed, it was disgusting I couldn't even sleep on the 3rd I checked out of the place around 5 am because how bad the smell was

as you can see in the photos, he just ignored and lies about everything over the email when I made a complaint to support, acting dumb and autistic for not being aware of his disgusting places

he swapped the big white sofa with a disgusting old dirty smaller one. and his

after the first day, the stove stopped working, I told him about it, to fix it, but he didn't. I couldn't cook any of the food I bought or heat anything.

bathroom had a sewer smell, when I asked him about it he told support it was "all fine", I'm assuming he must have some allergy that clogs his nose because "he is" walking inside breathing fresh air.

I have photos and videos of everything it's all been sent to support still waiting for a response from them.

Из положительного можно отметить только расположение - рядом с Белорусским вокзалом и чистое постельное белье. И то, одеяло почему-то лежало на подвальном подоконнике маленького окошечка, где по моим меркам оно в принципе быть не должно. Я даже не сразу его нашла и не поняла, что это одеяло для посетителя. Сам отель расположен в подвальном помещении. Соответственно и затхлость, и плохая проветриваемость, тем более в летнее время. По всем коридорам стоят устройства, пытающиеся как-то это исправить, но безрезультатно. Номер, хоть и был указан кондиционер, без него. Да и вообще все номера, которые мне показали на выбор, без кондиционеров, без окон (подвал). Установлены какие-то ветродуйки, которые сами по себе грязные и уже ничего не дуют, кроме как просто гоняют теплый воздух. В пару номерах, что были предоставлены на выбор, есть маленькие окошечки, которые немного приоткрываются и дают доступ свежему воздуху. Со стороны улицы они находятся на уровне ног прохожих и завалены мусором. Пришлось выбрать хотя бы его, не искать же другой отель, когда все уже оплачено. Кстати, тот самый номер, что на фото самого отеля в азиатском стиле. В самом номере один выключатель у двери и все! Представляете освещенность - в подвале, где по определению темно? Никаких бра и светильников больше нет. Т.е. выключил свет и иди на ощупь к кровати. Розетка только возле двуспальной кровати. Лейка в душе сломана, льет со всех сторон одинаково. Полотенца старые и рваные. Вайфай в моем номере не работал. Предложили поделиться моим, чтобы посмотреть телевизор🤦‍♀️

Так что не рекомендую. Особенно в летний сезон. Заявлять о кондиционерах, где их нет - не честно. И уже если решили разместить в подвале, то освещенность и проветриваемость должна быть на...
