Hello,||||I stayed in this hotel solo for tourism from the 15th of July until the 1st August. I was due to check out on the 23rd but I extended my stay twice due to thoroughly enjoying my time in Moscow and just how good the hotel is.||||I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. The studios are comfortable and have everything you need. I would absolutely recommend staying here. If you feel like eating in the hotel, you can cook as the facilities are provided, but there is an excellent bar with a wide selection of food and drink. ||||A massive thank you to all staff, no matter their department in the hotel, they were all extremely welcoming and excellent. Fantastic customer service from absolutely everyone. I would like to extend a special thank you to a member of the reception team by the name of Maya. She made my stay in Moscow that much better and recommended so many things to do.||||5 stars for the hotel, and a million stars for Maya!||||||I am so glad that I decided to visit Moscow, it shattered so many of the lies that we get told in the Western world. Moscow is by the far the most beautiful, fun and safest out of any city I have ever visited, and I met so many wonderful people here. One day I will be back and fingers crossed 🤞 I can actually speak some Russian when that time comes.||||большое спасибо!||||||--||Note to fellow Westerners:||||If you plan on visiting Russia, please make sure to bring plenty of cash with you. If you bring over $10,000 you will have to declare it when leaving your country, likely any countries you are transiting through and when arriving. $ is the best for exchanging. If you're really in a pinch and didn't bring enough cash to deposit you can use Telegram Wallet and buy USDT and sell them for ₽ once you have a bank account set up.||||Bank cards and travel cards issued back home will not work. Open up a Tinkoff account in advance, then when you get here you can schedule an appointment where they will hand you your physical card.||||If for whatever reason you don't want Tinkoff, there are lots of Sberbank branches around too. I have stayed in Adagio Hotel-Apartments Moscow Paveletskaya many times that now even feels like home. I am picky and not easily gives any best reviews or feedback to hotels but this hotel is my most favourite not only in Russia but of all my experiences in my life , and believe me I travel a lot for business and pleasure both. I give my top most rare of feedback to staff of Mercure Hotel & Adagio Hotel-Apartment because they are always smiling and ready to help, very friendly and helpful. I feel always very welcomed here from the first time until now , and I never ever came across any unpleasant experience here yet. Which is amazing considering that all of other hotels and hospitality services I experienced in Russia even those very luxury or expensive had lack of being friendly , usually you do not get smile from professional services people in other hotels. They just do their job, but here not only they do a great job for their guests but also they are always giving you a warm welcoming feeling. Hotel is clean and tidy , with nice smell all around. very convenient locations of Moscow central and it has many good facilities for business meetings and comfortable stay. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel & Adagio Hotel Apartment to all type of travel and stay in Moscow. YOU won't find better place and even better rate in Moscow.
