Masarat Kingdom Hotel 3 — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

l arrived in Makkah on December 11th 2022 , finding the Hotel is tough I stop at the Hotel which is not the one I'm supposed to staying than ask the Hotel Reception finding the Right hotel finally I found my hotel which is not too far from the one I stop by. Wifi only available in the Lobby which is also Very week No Signals at all in the Rooms I was staying at the 4th Floor luckily my Phone has a International number so I don't want to buy a new SIM in Saudi Arabia but my Connection also Not too Good at all , Rooms are So so there's No double Bed in the Rooms , Every Rooms had more then One's Bed Depend on how many Family members are staying. No Roooms Service . I learn one thing with my 1st Visits to this Holy places in Makkah and Madina . All My Travelling I'll Booked by myself including staying in Hotels Never ever Trust your...

The staff was very kind and very helpful. Location is about ten minutes walk to the Haram area beginning. Unfortunately, we found broken spring mattress beds, bugs and cockroaches in the room. There was not much area to keep our luggage items given we were three people. We also had a sewage smell in the room but the staff cleaned the drain afterwards and the smell had reduced. The A/C was very old and noisy but it worked well. You have to ask for room service and you have to ask for replacement of toiletries. Overall for short stays is ok but I do not recommend it...

Very poorly maintained. It is simply a boarding house. Old fashioned lift, they don't know what is room service, if you don't request they won't change your amenities at all, no mobile network inside or WiFi facility, you have to go to either rooftop or street for network or data, do not have any emergency generator back up, we horribly suffered while staying in this hotel during Hajj 2023, could not sleep till 3.45 am just before the day Hajj started, even they didn't give any explanation why electricity was not there.
