I recently stayed at your esteemed property and was overall impressed with the hospitality and quality of services. However, I was disappointed to learn that a cappuccino is charged separately, even when breakfast is included in the package.

In most five-star hotels, beverages like coffee, tea, and juices are considered a standard part of the breakfast experience. Charging extra for a cappuccino feels out of place and detracts from the otherwise premium experience your hotel offers.

Breakfast is often the highlight of a stay for many guests, and complimentary beverages, including specialty coffees, are expected as a norm at this level of luxury. This policy comes across as a minor inconvenience that leaves a disproportionate impact on the guest experience.

I strongly urge the management to reconsider this policy. Including all coffee options in the breakfast package would not only meet guest expectations but also enhance the overall perception of your hospitality.

2 night stay in Makkah Hotel, included breakfast at Lagenda Restaurant. Overall: 3/5 Breakfast timings were 6:00 AM- 10:30 AM. Tables were easy to find, not crowded at all, and good spacious sitting. Service was very good, waiters were available and convenient at all times. Food: Hotel Break fasts most of the time offer buffets. The buffet here was not that good. Items were very limited and had no taste at all. Considering that a well known hotel offers its breakfasts at this restaurant, there needs to be more variety of foods! An excellent dining experience Mokhtar and his team of friendly, attentive and professional staff is always there on the lookout. I look forward dinner time each day at Makkah. The resident Turkish Chef, always viisible on hand to ensure the quality and taste, some of the dishes of which, I have to admit, has a that real authentic turkish taste. Excellent is notbenough.
