Qased Al Khair Hotel — Hotel in Makkah Al Mukarramah

Terrible experience, the front desk is not good at all too. Poor service. We got 4 rooms and all four of them were bad. And they gave us a sharing common room with other bachelors when we are all family. We had to share bathroom and kitchen. The worst of all. It's not even worth it for their prices. The blankets are not washed or cleaned properly at all, there was cockroaches, and the whole room was smelling, the furnitures wasn't even standing still, it's all broken.

Makkah is a place of worship and a place where people should feel welcomed so they can come again, but these guys made...

This hotel is the most useless hotel in Makkah, there is no cleanliness, the elevator is not working properly, sometimes the light in the room does not come on for the whole night, the tap in the washroom of the room is broken, it means that the Saudi government has to do this.
