Read moreFood is nice. But the service here is terrible and the waiting time is no joke for food that we could usually get on the street back home in less than 15 mins.
We were being told by the lady at the cashier that the tables were full while we could clearly see that there were SO MANY empty ones inside. We told her okay we will wait and she still said “full”. Whose eyes she’s trying to fool?
There was a guy that complained that only Indonesians (hujjaj) getting seats inside — but guess what, we are true blood Indonesians with green passports still not getting seats for whatever reasons other than fake “full”
Not going here ever again. Delicious food can’t make up for this lousy service!
Edit: we waited for our takeaway food for more than 45 mins. I was so tired of waiting and asked if we could just eat inside. They didn’t offer us that and we had to ask for it! This is not how you run a business and treat your customers.

The food was great, the staffs were accommodating except for this one old guy whose in a white thobe but surely he’s an indonesian too, im not quite sure if he’s the manager there. At first he approached us telling next time the take away orders are not allowed to eat inside since our orders were all in a plastic containers & think the cashier didn’t able to change our orders into dine in. So we appologized for the misunderstanding. Then again this rude guy approached us again, im still chewing my food & he clearly saw it, asking if we were finished eating & again saying this take away orders are not allowed to eat inside & unacceptable. This is so unprofessional & very disrespectful acts towards the customers. Very...
