Picture this. I’ve spent almost all my time in Jeddah, almost 2 months in this hotel.
I’m literally living here ever since I came. The hotel is really close to my office, one. The rooms are REALLY comfortable. The breakfast menu almost NEVER changes but aside from that, it’s fresh, well serviced and very well served. It’s fresh and there is a good amount of variety. The servers and the staff are also good.
The reception is the best part, they are friendly, amazing people and always willing to help. The housekeeping, outstanding. The person who comes is so friendly, professional and always nice. I’d mention him by name, but I forgot.
So why give it 2 stars? Because it’s the bad sheep of customer service that always rots the whole experience.
For me, that one person is “Layan Basudan”, who I suppose is in Guest Service. I sent her 3 email reminders, one WhatsApp and 2-3 attempts to call, asking her for a long term rate. Which may or may not be possible. I understand. What’s REALLY frustrating and what totally ruined my experience here though is her total lack of response. She’s not once bothered to write back or respond and after being ghosted like this, I’ve decided to finally quit and move to a more professional outfit in Jeddah who can and should take their corporate customers and long term relationships seriously.
This is one of the best hotels in this area at this price but it’s totally unacceptable to treat your customers like this and very unprofessional.

I recently stayed at Adagio Jeddah City Center for 14 nights, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel offers high-quality serviced apartments with outstanding hospitality. Below are some highlights of my stay:
Parking: The hotel provides ample underground parking, which is convenient and secure. Reception: The reception team was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Housekeeping: The housekeeping service was top-notch. The team was very professional, attentive, and thorough. I would like to specifically commend Farouk from the housekeeping team for his outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness. Apartment Amenities: The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all essential items, including a microwave, automatic washing machine, refrigerator, and electric stove. Furniture and Design: The furniture was modern, clean, and well-maintained. Nothing felt old or worn out. The hotel itself is relatively new, which added to the overall freshness and comfort of the space.
