Qasr Al Mohamdeya — Hotel in Makkah Region

Please please please stay away from this hotel. They have the dirtiest, mosquito ridden, pest infested, sweat bucket of a hotel with staff (who if you even do spot the odd staff) simply won’t help you.||||There was no allowance of a check in earlier than 3pm despite absolutely no one staying in any of the rooms (we stayed 2 nights and didn’t even see a single other guest, other than ourselves)!!!||||The rooms had cracked mirrors, mould on the sink and showers, lamps that didn’t work, no ironing board and an inadequate iron and to top it all off, no tea or coffee, just two cups and a kettle and by the way if that isn’t enough, no coffee shop or restaurant to serve any meals at any time including breakfast. No restaurants nearby and no operational coffee shops either. It has to be the worst hotel I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. It should be completely...

Good location. Staff are ok. Decoration is nice. Praying direction (qebla) shown in every floor corridor and in every room. Spacy room. Air conditioning is extremely noisy. Wifi is poor. Weak connection most of the time inside rooms. Free wifi. Miserable room service every 2 days. Toiletries were not enough. Room service don't come to my room for my first 5 days until I discuss the issue with the receptionist they came the next day. Cleanliness is the worst their. The first time I see teared towel in a hotel. To be honest it was one time and they remove it next day without discussing the issue with them. I was there from 1 December to 19...

The rooms were quite spacious and they provided most of what was needed. But it should be noted that one of the bathroom's window had not been tinted. Furthermore, the bathroom had a foul smell which our noses had to alas get used to. I should add that the house keeping had been cooperative but The room service was indeed careless and lousy. Whenever an item was in need they would as if deliberately ignore or avoid us. Additionally, the flooring was not done well as I could say majority of the tiles were out of shape or broken. So stepping on one the tiles would make a sound loud enough to wake anyone...
