It’s hard to believe this is happening to our family. We haven’t been able to get into the hotel for 1.5 hours. Since tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. we have an 8-hour drive ahead of us, we were forced to book a room at the Radisson for 90 euros just to be able to sleep for a few hours. None of the listed phone numbers work, and we were told that this is not the first time clients have been left outside their paid room. Hotel je generalno super, lokacija odlična, soba čista, udobna, sve što treba za kratak boravak u Beogradu. Ipak, desio nam se problem koji nam je ozbiljno pokvario utisak. Vratili smo se u hotel oko 6 ujutru nakon izlaska (što i jeste razlog zašto smo dolazili u Beograd), i nismo mogli da uđemo skoro sat vremena jer se niko nije javljao na interfon, a ni na više telefonskih poziva. Na kraju nas je neko ipak pustio unutra, ali tek nakon što smo sedeli u kolima ispred hotela što je sramota jer zamislite situaciju gde ste platili sobu da prespavate i boravite i sad ste u situaciji gde sedite u kolima ispred hotela jer se niko ne javlja ni na interfon ni na telefon, ja razumem da to nije standardno vreme za dolazak, ali ako se reklamira da recepcija radi 24/7, očekuje se da to stvarno i funkcioniše, pogotovo u gradu kao što je Beograd, gde je normalno da se izlazi do kasno bar za nas koji smo došli tu jelte na par dana.
